This past Thanksgiving Day I was flying into Dallas to visit my boyfriend when I decided to buy coffee for us. I was traveling alone so I did not want to leave my bags unattended at the chairs so I brought them with me in line. I was holding my phone and wallet while trying to keep an eye out for my luggage next to me. I noticed the line was long due to the holiday traffic so I had my card and order ready once I got to the counter. I ordered two Grande cups of coffee and paid as it was being made. The barista handed me the cups to which I realized I needed a holder to carry it out. I had to ask her for one which she gave me an odd look wondering why I couldn't carry them. She handed me the holder and I had to put the coffee cups in myself. As I was doing this they contiuned to take orders while I tried to place them in the holder. I had another traveler rudely tell me I was in the way because I was dealing with my own order. As I walked away with my coffee it spilled all over my sweater and the floor. The baristas behind the counter stared at me while the other customer who was rude to me told me to move out of the way. I set my coffee on the counter as the baristas continued to stare at me. I had to ask them for napkins to clean myself up and the counter. The next day I had burn marks on my chest from the coffee. Not once did the baristas asked if I was okay or needed help in any way.

Being on gates D, I found this Starbucks nearby. I got a regular coffee ☕ and a banana bread which was really good. The barista was friendly. No seats here.

Fast service and very sweet staff! The line was way out the door and they got me in and out. Also, very clean!

Great coffee, slow employees. Today they took approximately 20 minutes to open up (were supposed to open at 5 ended up opening at 5:20). The line was literally across other restaurants nearby. Unfortunately the employees not only seemed to not be morning people (aka they had R.B.F.) and also made my coffee extremely foamy, and forgot to put the extra shot of expresso that they charged me for. Frankly, I'm disappointed.
