Horrible customer service - I accidentally ordered a drink to the wrong location and one of the female team members at the 211 N Euless Main St location was extremely rude. After the rudeness.. and showing her the receipt, she made me purchase a second drink and was not willing to discuss further.I called the other location that I initially ordered to and they said having my drink remade would not have been a problem as long as there is a valid receipt...Won't be going back to this location again.

I went to the drive-thru on Thursday morning and ordered a tall mocha with almond milk. They gave me someone else order. As it was near the highway I couldn't come back but later called them. They said sorry and told me to come on Friday or the same day to get a replacement. On Friday morning when I was there, they gave me a hot tall mocha but it was the worst coffee I ever had. The coffee was so cold. Probably would never go back to this place.

Super annoyed that several times they get my drink order wrong. I get all the way to work and then its trash. I don't drink COFFEE. I order peppermint hot chocolate every day.... but 3 out of 5 times - it is COFFEE!!!!

I didn't realize it was a drive up and walk up only. No inside seating. Server was very rude when I didn't order right away because I thought she was talking on her headset. No choice in gift cards. No gift card holders. Very sloppy dressed. Especially for Starbucks.

I’ve had a good experience from this location for the most part. This morning is a different story. I asked for a venti cappuccino. I got a large cup with mostly foam in it. Over half the cup was foam. When I asked for more coffee I was told that is how it’s made. Never happened before. I ordered and paid for a double shot of espresso. Got a single, even though it clearly said a double on the side of the cup. The cashier at the drive thru was like an evil elf on the shelf; condescending and bubbly. I’m annoyed and feel cheated. Will be going up the street from now on.

A wonderful little drive thru/walk-up Starbucks. Friendly staff. Good location to start your commute or a day running errands!Parking: Parking is primarily for Staff; however this location has a walk up window with a concrete bench, so parking and walking up to the store to order is an option.

Was a regular customer but after my last visit no more . The girl at the window is super sweet but the person taking order got it wrongWhen I got to window I got a sandwich and the wrong coffee!! We’re all confused I want the coffee but not the sandwich which I didn’t order and when I sipped the coffee it wasn’t the one I ordered. We’ll then comes this salt and pepper hair bit€$ and she gets attitude with me and employee at windowSo unprofessional to be scolding employee in front of customers!!!! She was being nice and had patience…. The confusion started with whomever took the order !!!
