I have been with t mobile for 2 months. I have entered this store 3 times. Due to my experience with Robert and lack of concern from Shane, I will be cancelling my plan and changing carriers.- When I attempted to let Shane know my experience with his employee his response was, 'I wasn't here so I do not know what was said' ...that is very concerning especially since he is his manager/store managerI have read the reviews of this store and this seems to be a repeating pattern. Robert was rude and condescending to me as other customers have stated he was towards them and Shane leaves an automated reply they have "missed the mark" on custom service.I understand people have off days, unfortunately this is consistent, not only in my personal experience but from other customers as well.If you decide to stay with t mobile, I strongly suggest going to another store. I am not leaving T-Mobile because of the issue I had with the phone but from the lack of customer service alone.

This is the worst phone buying experience I've ever had. It's not so much about the technicians being knowledgeable, but the efficiency of the technicians! I arrived and all 4 techs were with customers. After 20min of watching no one seemingly even trying to wrap up, someone walks up just to ask me what I was there for,, a new phone upgrade. After another 15min and being told that I, a 19yrSprint/T-Mobile customer, had to put $400 down on the phone that I wanted!! And after discussing it further with Shane the manager, he held his position of willing to let me take my loyalty to another cellular phone service provider!!! I wish I could post 0 stars

To whom it may concern! I recently purchased 2 new phones and with trade in and promotions I had a 0 balance which made me extremely happy! Unfortunately I got a message from t-mobile stating that I owed an unreasonable amount of the next monthly bill! I decided to return to store where I purchased phones!I was very lucky to run into Mobile Expert Daissy Lornika and after hard work and several calls to your corporate office she straightened everything out! I am so impressed with Daissy’s professionalism and knowledge and customer service! You are so lucky to have her as an employee! While in the store I also happened to observe your employee Graciela Lara! She was amazing as well! Between both lovely ladies they did an awesome job taking care of a busy store this afternoon! Bravo to both ladies ????????

Have never been more disrespected by a customer service member anywhere. Robert was rude, disrespectful, and didn't listen to the question I was asking. He responded with sarcasm "if that was possible don't you think I would've done that?" and made me feel unheard and unwanted. I'm switching phone plans after this experience, 0/10 would not recommend.

Great service, in and out just to get a data only SIM card for my 4 year old’s iPad. Huge drop in rating though because my son suddenly and urgently needed to go #2. The restroom is in plain view from the customer area but to be polite I went ahead and asked our team member if I could take him to the restroom. The response: “I’m sorry, no, but maybe Baskin Robins or Firehouse Subs will let you use theirs?”Honestly it wouldn’t bother me if I were the one needing to go or the restroom and signage weren’t essentially in the customer area. If we didn’t make it in time after leaving I absolutely would have been returning to share the experience, but luckily he was able to hold it in.If you don’t allow customers to use the restrooms, especially children that are young enough to still have accidents, please put up a curtain, divider, or door in between the customer and employee areas. Lesson learned, next time I just won’t ask.

Very good customer service. Nelkyan was awsome. Very patient and helpful. The other staff members did a great job dealing with other customers while I was there.

Nicole is the best!! We walked in with questions on adding a line and upgrading, she answered all our questions plus some. The next week we came in and we’re stoked Nicole was working and not busy with another customer. She immediately remembered us and took care of us. Plus she’s hilarious and a great saleswoman. She deserves a raise!

Don't bother with his T-Mobile business at this location. They do not know what they're doing and they're very unfriendly.
