“I was a bit hesitant to come to this location because of the reviews, but I am glad that I did. Despite not many of my items being chosen, the staff members were very friendly! They even helped me take my bins and bags back to my car. Overall amazing experience!”
“I came by yesterday to finally check this place out. I used to drive by during my commute and wanted to see about it. Sweet ladies running the shop; a great assortment of clothes, some books, and some DVDs/media. No toys. I bought three nice shirts for my son and would definitely come back to browse the rest. The prices are incredibly fair -- it's truly a resale/thrift store.”
“We love this place! Norman was very helpful last week when we stopped by. Staff is always very friendly and you can tell they’re passionate about what Grace does”
“I think this place is fabulous!!!! If you are old enough to remember a time before the box stores took over, you will have fond memories of all sorts of different shopping experiences in stores will way to much inventory. The fun is in the treasure hunt and treasures there are! Just relax, be cautious, and look around ?”
“I absolutely loved my experience at this neat shop. I found them with a quick search for thrift/resale shop and this one is an absolute gem! Not only were the staff lovely and kind hearted but their item selection was top notch and fun. Will definitely be back!”
“Visited here today and got some great bargains. Three vases, four Christmas glasses and a small serving dish for total $22. The cashier, Wendy, was very friendly, and I love that the price stickers come off really easily with a bit of soap and water! I like the glassware and knick knacks but they also have clothing and picture frames etc.”

“I took my sister up there today and this is a beautiful small little organization that is nonprofit and their prices are very, very reasonable and wonderful customer service. They are good people.”
“I started shopping at DAV 50yrs ago. They got me through really hard times with school clothes for my 2 sons & Christmas from Santa, clothes for myself...still do today !! Blue jeans for $3 - $4 on weekends. I've bought lots of furniture also. Still shop there ALL the time. Love new owners & staff”
“Definitely coming back!! There’s a lot of good quality clothing/home decorations for a good price and it’s so organized. They’re also family owned and have very good customer service.”
“This place Is awesome, like stepping back in time.Lots of really unique gifts you just won't find anywhere else. They also take donations, clothing, shoes, pictures, toys, etc.”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Naomi is absolutely amazing and deserves recognition (and a raise!). From the moment I walked in, she was kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, taking the time to answer questions and help without ever making me feel rushed. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and made my visit memorable. Employees like Naomi are the reason people keep coming back to Goodwill. She is a huge asset to the team, and I hope management knows how lucky they are to have her! 10/10”
“Came on a Sunday at 10am and there were employees who came out to my car with a push cart to help me load the donation boxes. They offered a receipt for my donations as well. Super nice employees!”
“Great deals at the shop where u can buy a pound of items for only $1 per pound. The lady who runs the shop is AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY and makes you feel warm and welcomed. Heading back again tomorrow. Bought some really cool and unique items you dont see every day anywhere else, all for a great bargain. My new favorite shop!”
“Lower the prices andquit telling us to "round up" that's why we senior citizens shop there in the first place. Other than that I guess it's an ok place.”
“The store is more organized than previously. Sales are texted regularly, just sign up. I found great Christmas bargains, some Fitz and Floyd. Also, quality clothing and glassware. The inventory is at the mercy of donations. Just go when you have time.”
“I will say that it is packed; however, the lady at the front was nice, and it had so much items that were cool and funky. Antique/vintage/nostalgic vibes! I would come back again.”
“Thrift Giant is a massive thrift store with an enormous selection. There’s so much to look through that it’s almost impossible to see everything in one visit—every rack is packed, and the variety across categories is impressive.
The layout can be a bit confusing at times. For example, shoes are placed above clothing racks, which made browsing slightly less easy.
One big plus is that they have both dressing rooms and bathrooms, which is very convenient if you plan on spending a good amount of time shopping. However, the dressing room hours are a bit unclear—they seemed to close around 7 pm on weekdays, which is about an hour before the store itself closes.”

“I love shopping here and usually find something. However I noticed the prices have increased quite a bit on many things. Not sure I’ll be coming around as much. If you catch the discounts you may be able to get something at a decent price. They have alot of nice furniture if that’s what you’re looking for. The employees here are always working hard and very friendly to customers. I only gave 4 stars due to the prices going up too high. Otherwise its a pretty organized store with friendly staff. And Salvation Army is a good cause.”

“I came to this thrift store a month ago, and I was really impressed by their organization of their store. Wednesdays and Saturdays they have this big sale. Oh my God I love it so much Wednesdays everything is half off except for the furniture and the brick & brack, there’s clearances on the furniture and they have one hour rush sales on the break & brack on Wednesdays. I really wish I shopped at thrift stores in my 20s I wasted so much money especially on a $1600 couch that I had got from Conn’s, and literally they have a full set or two couches for $350. And they’re nice great strong quality. I rarely buy anything brand new now.
They get new stuff in every day, the employees are so nice and so helpful. The furniture manager, he’s awesome!!!
You could even bring your donations here, but it has to be before 3 PM all the guys leave at that time.
I tried calling but I know the employees are busy sometimes, multitasking organizing clothes and going back to the register.
This Salvation Army thrift store helps with donations for the Salvation Army rehabilitation center.
Thank you so much for your sales and prices!!!”
“I would recommend for senior day they have 50% off all thrift items on Wednesday and on Thursday all kids thrift clothes and items are 50% off. You can find good clothing for 1.00 when you go those days.”
“Small-ish Goodwill store. With a moderate selection of items...mostly clothing though. Staff are hit or miss. Some are super friendly and some act like the hate the place. Pricing has been inconsistent recently.”
“I don't get the bad reviews. She be cranky. it's a treasure hunt like all thrift stores. a lot of furniture.huge store. I found sons entire tuxedo for $25 Money they earn funds drug rehab. Of all the thrift stores this one seems to help people..”
“Holy cow! What a selection of arts &crafts, books, cds, and small appliances! Definitely the best I’ve found for unique items that people will actually use.”
“I absolutely love this store. We go at least once a week. I always find great things there. And the staff are amazing. They are so nice and helpful! Michelle is a real asset to the store. She does a wonderful job.”
“Massive! Not at all what I was expecting. One of the best thrift stores I have ever been to. The staff are friendly, color code sales, I found too many goodies, and very clean. First time using self-checkout at a thrift store and I am amazed!”

“This Goodwill location isn’t as big as some of the nearby thrift stores, but it still offers a solid selection of items. What I really appreciated is that the shoes have their own dedicated section, which made browsing much easier—I was able to find a couple of great pairs of boots at very good prices.
The staff is very kind and helpful, and there’s plenty of free parking outside, which makes the visit hassle-free.”
“Everybody is so nice and great variety of clothes. Shout out to Dillon C and Taytum N for being great employees! They work hard and are great faces to represent Uptown”
