I had a problem with my package not being delivered so I called and Vicky answered and she was able to reach out to the carrier for them to fix the issue and got my package delivered today! She went out of her way to help me! Every post office should have a Vicky! ?

This particular mail carrier constantly throws or drops our packages. The packages aren’t heavy at all but fragile. They know it’s a camera there but doesn’t care. Tomatoes tomatoes!

Each time I have the misfortune of dealing with USPS, there is an issue. They have an attitude, they do not care. They fail to follow instructions or offer help to correct their mistakes. It should not be this difficult to obtain a package. A typical government-run office with no accountability.

There are carriers that steal. I recently ordered something that may have been from a retailer of their interest, which was some African Jewelry. They will update your package as delivered into your box and never place the ordered item into your mailbox. I called the next day and spoke with someone and she stated, "I looked on the website and they have some cute items". I was completely confused at that point and new something phishy was going on. She stated she would call me back with updates, but I never received a call. They are just straight yup stealing packages during the holiday and marking that it's been delivered. My carrier went from being a male to a female when trying to track down my package that should have been delivered to my KEY LOCKED mailbox!!!! The sad part about this is that I truly believe in supporting small minority business and this type of behavior does not do well with their supporting them.

Rude staff they act like you’re telling them to bend over backwards when god forbid they have to do their job. 0 starts if I could. Go to any other post office it’s worth the drive.

Why on earth does the government need to know PRECISELY where I live if the government organization responsible for getting secure deliveries (like court documents) can’t deliver my packages to the right location? Food for thought. Wildly disorganized and vague delivery details should embarrass you lot way more than it actually does considering how pitifully behind the industry standard is.

There are still long lines but staff does a fine jpb of expediting and providing customer service. They have added Hallmark cards and gift certificates in the lobby now, as well as shipping supplies. I received great service with a cheerful attitude. ??? Thank you.

I swear this location is a$$ I purchased an item with full address door number and everything necessary but the driver wasn’t able to drop it off due to insufficient address but coming to find out whoever printed the label didn’t put the door number so they want to act like it’s my fault and tell me that they are going to send it back to the merchant instead of trying to fix the issue and add my door number to the label. No such thing as good customer service these days nothing but minimal effort

My package was delivered to a parcel locker on Saturday but the carrier didn’t leave me the key. It is now Tuesday. I’ve submitted a ticket, called the office three times, and I still am unable to get the key or a status update. All I am told is that they’ll talk to the carrier and give me a call back but I haven’t heard anything. This has totally inconvenienced my trip plans but when I called, one of the representatives acted as if I was inconveniencing him. I just want my package.

This is my local USPS and I have to give it to them. Out of more than 10 years I have not had a problem with my package NOT being delivered. Also I went to get my passport over here and the staff was very proffesional. I see other reviews here that are negative. I guess negative things are more of a motivation to go ahead and post a review. That is not the case with my review.

The clerks are always pleasant and helpful. It’s a small post office yet I never wait more than 5 to 10 minutes in line.
