“Amara was GREAT! I came in needing help and knowledge for what I was looking for, and Amara walked me through the differences and variations of each production and ultimately found what I was looking for.
Great customer service.”
“This place is really cool, just moved in and cam was really helpful with helping me choose the best product. I recommend for anyone, cool discounts and great customer service!”

“I wish I would have gotten the guys name that was working today. He was an amazing sales man. He definitely had the gift of gab and deserves a raise. I wish I would have gotten his name 😞 he was making my husband and I laugh the whole time we were there. Very knowledgeable about all the products across the store as well. Wish we didn't live so far away but every time we are out this way we will be stopping by.”
“Great service, Prabin is fantastic and was able to get me what I needed quickly as was in a rush. Great selection and fantastic prices. Highly recommend for folks in Southlake.”
“5 stars because EVAN is the man. he walked me through the selection (I am in state for work and the options are different). He is friendly, informative, and patient.
However, the Smogger vapes are garbage. I want my Geek bars and Raz. I was told TX law made some change that doesn’t allow them, but the Smoggers glitch out, drop to 0 charge out of no where, stop pulling randomly, and continue pulling sometimes when I’m done puffing. overall, I hate them. but this in no way reflects on the business.
I would absolutely return here while in state on my work trip. Evan, you’re awesome!! thank you for all your help!”
“Nemo and Marcus were super helpful and knew exactly what I was talking about when I asked for this particular coil. The thing is it’s a challenging piece to find let alone understand what it looks like. The guys are pros and work with the upmost professionalism. 10 out of 10 experience!”

“By far the best Vape, Vapor, Smoke, Pipes, Herbs and Dietary Supplements shop in north texas. Great supplies and inventory.
Great customer service, they go out of their way to greet you once you walk in the door and provide you with the product and information you seek. Raymond and Nate are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. If they don't have it they will make sure to get it for you. On top of that, they have the best prices in town and will match the competition, with proof.
The shop is beautifully decorated, warm and visually impressive. Thanks Nate and Raymond, for the smiles and Quality shopping experience. ???
I normally don't go out of my way to write reviews, but they earned it.”
“Came in for cigars and received such great service I started to look at the glass pipes along the wall. He was more Han willing to give a cheap price for purchasing today…. I’ll have to come back though ?! Big thanks !!”

“Eric at Artisan Vapor was amazing. He was extremely patient and took the time to walk me through all of my options for both e-juice and pods, making sure I understood the differences and what would work best for me. He answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed or uninformed.
You can really tell he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. The experience was easy, informative, and honestly way better than I expected. I will definitely be coming back because of his great service.”
“Stopped by this smoke shop while I was in town, and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products at fair prices. Customer service was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality products and a welcoming atmosphere!, will be coming back for sure.”
“Update Dec 2025! ✌️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
So all I can say about this place is they are an absolutely legit and legendary local vape shop to the area, and I continue to come here for their great selection and some of the deals they have! The people that run this place are always very welcoming and fun to chat with! I always feel kinda bad buying from their sale shelf when I come in usually, but they always got smiles on their faces and are very helpful and knowledgeable with whatever questions you have about their products! I have so many good things to say about this place! I cannot recommend this gem of a local store enough! ❤️ Thank you for being here in Arlington!

Old review (9 yrs ago according to Google)
I wrote a very informative review on yelp about this place, but this one will be short and to the point.
This place an awesome place to come get great juice with so many flavors and mixes to choose from! The service is friendly and professional, and I feel very welcomed everytime I come here. Their product selection is great as well, the prices are lower for products and juices than at other stores in the area, and even have great deals.
Would totally recommend this place!”
“Love this shop, it’s like a hidden gem. The staff and owners are amazing people and hands down the best juice I’ve had the pleasure of ever using! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new place to shop for their vaping needs from the device to the juice and the awesome people who make it and are always willing to help and share their thoughts on what they would suggest for you. Love you Mid Cities!”

“I was nearby and stopped in for some juice. Went in about 3. Two guys behind the counter. Super informative and just downright nice people. Highly recommend this shop. I tried the Mystic Venom. It’s way rad. I’ll try some of the other flavors next time.

“Honestly a really great Shop from what I can tell, I picked out 2 bad pens from VooPoo before Settling with FreeMax and they were kind enough to exchange the 1st one free and then with a very small price difference I ended up getting a completely different style Vape Pen that looked and felt like higher Quality to me personally. The Lady who assisted me was extremely kind and extremely helpful, plus they are right around the corner from my house so I appreciate that and will probably stop by again in another month or so for more Menthol Flavor Vape liquids. Im not completely familiar with Vapor pen Brands but My friend in Cali even explained that hes had VooPoo before and hes never had any issues with that brand. I was just the lucky winner of 2 pens that didnt want to charge, but the shop did not let it be a total loss and I value that type of business.”
“Came here on an emergency purchase . Owner was super friendly and very helpful and very knowledgeable.
Very huge place , didn’t have enough time to walk around . But will be back . She has an event coming up on 4/20/2026 starting at 4 pm .
I’m going to enjoy that .
Come out and support this amazing business.! Thank you .! ☺️?”

“My favorite place to buy vape juice! My only complaint is the hours, opening at 10 is 1-2 hours after most other shops locally open and makes it feel not worth it to wait until yall are open.”
