The food was alright tasted a little old or reheated. Cheese wasn't even melting on the burgers. Grilled chicken sandwiches were soaking wet and made the bottom bun soggy. Staff was very unpleasant and rude. The restaurant itself was dirty. There were tables not cleaned down. People/Staff were sitting around eating and drinking and service was slow.

I’m not sure if I should leave a 5 star review or a 1 star so I landed in the middle at a 3 star. The employees are very friendly and the food quality is exceptional. That deserves a 5 star. The part that deserves a 1 star is the mobile order pickup times. I do deliveries for Uber eats and DoorDash and have been regularly picking up orders at this location for more than a year now at all days and times of the week. I see the screen that shows the estimated time for the mobile orders and I check the customers receipts with the time stamp and notice that the restaurant receive the orders roughly about the same time I do as a driver. The issue I have is even for a simple whataburger meal(fries,drink,hamburger) it takes 10-15 minutes to be prepared. Why is it that the suggested pickup times on doordash and on the restaurants screen show 5 min from the time the orders are received? With this occurring a lot of drivers time is wasted sitting in the lobby waiting for the order to be completed. Whoever is in charge of merchant settings needs to push back the time about 5 min so the driver shows up somewhere between 5-10 min after the order is received by whataburger rather then 1-5 min which is just unrealistic. Not only is this consuming more time from drivers but it’s delaying other merchants deliveries as well when Uber or DoorDash gives the drivers 2 orders at once. All in all a simple adjustment will go a along way with relieving the stress of people flooding the lobby and drivers having to meet expected deliver times.

I absolutely love the buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich. I wish it was a permanent item. I order a BBQ chicken strip sandwich and sub the buffalo sauce and add ranch to enjoy the sandwich when it's not on the menu. Well, the employees apparently hate making it because they become petty and barely put any buffalo on my sandwich. I can be petty too lol

Went through the drive thru, ordered my food. Food was brought out, checked the order and ot was not made correctlyWent in to get it fixed and get a receipt. Front counter staff had less personality than a wooden clothes pin. She was more worries about scrubbing the floor for the "big wigs". I gave up and left.

Wow, what can I say about this place other than fantastic. I had a huge order (7 meals) none of which were without special changes. Every single meal was spot on. All of my coworkers were in shock as they didn't frequent Whataburger very often and had never once eaten at this specific location. I place my order Via the Whataburger app and by the time I had arrived they were bagging the last of my order so I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, mostly dues to the fact that I asked to pour my own drinks.

Employees don’t seem to be happy to work here. They don’t smile, and aren’t approachable. They say things that are friend. But they face and body language are rude. Unless you are the same ethnicity. Then they seem to be happy.

As a native Texan, I have to represent our amazing own version of in and out Burger.Can the weight belong sometimes sure but you know that you’re getting ready to make order fresh food so then when it finally gets to you at the table or at the drive-through, you know that it’s gonna be a delicious meal and worth the wait. I have never had any negative interactions with this staff. They have always been efficient and kind.Parking: Parking is easy whether you’re dining in or if you’re in the drive-through yes it takes a minute depending on how busy it is but again you always get your order right.Kid-friendliness: It has always been a long time family establishment.Wheelchair accessibility: This establishment is ADA compliant
