If I could give these people a minus 5 stars I would. I have never in my life dealt with a more incompetent company. I use this joke of a place for my CPAP supplies. Their billing is absolutely idiotic ! I just received a bill for 17.97 due Jan 19th 2022, for supplies from 2019? Where did they pull this up from. Then I call them and ask about it - they said I owe 2.88??? Backstory on XMED. I used to use VERUS which this is how VERUS bills. I told my provider find me another supplier for CPAP supplies. The recommended XMED. All went great with Xmed for over a year. I would call in my order, pay for my supplies before getting them and all worked great. Then guess what XMED merged with VERUS and took up their idiot billing method that no one can figure out....I am currently on the search for a supplier that knows what they are doing ! I really feel like they are scamming the insurance company because who can figure out they are billing you for and people just pay without question !

My Husband is in the Hospital - cannot go home without home Oxygen - Xmed is the only one in our Network for our Ins.We are at their mercy - he has a discharge order for today - it now is 7:00pm - no home O2 has been delivered to the Hospital yet - he now is forced to stay another night in the Hospital because of Xmed. They sure were hot on the phone to get me to PAY them upfront and promised me the O2 would be there by 6pm!!!!This is a terrible way to treat anyone - let alone when they are sick - my Husband is so upset and he does not need to get upset right now.I don't know what we are going to do tomorrow - the Doctor will NOT let him go home without home O2, it would be dangerous.I fear that if we EVER get the O2 from Xmed - how would we get the refills - this has been a nightmare!!!!!

It started with Xmed giving us a run around about how much we would be billed for my CPAP machine. After 1 month they finally let me talk to the back office and they were able to help me. When I picked up the gear they did a good job of showing me how to use the gear however when we selected the mask they told me that I could not try anything on due to Covid so I would have to pick without trying on. I went with a Nose pillow. I tried it on for a minute connected to the machine and it seemed ok. After my first night at home my nose hurt badly and I took it off. The second night it hurt badly when I put it on and I lasted about 3 hours before I had to take it off. The third night I lasted an hour. After the 3rd day we called Xmed and they told me I had to wear it for 10 days before I could exchange it. The woman on the other end said that there were 3 sizes of pillows in the bag and to try the bigger one but there was not. She agreed to mail me a bigger size and would put it in the mail that day. After 3 days we did not have it so we called again and they then told us it was not mailed and that they would need to send it from Tennessee and it would take 10 more days.I am 7 days later and still do not have it, I plan to return the unit next week. Run from this place.
