I just had my 18 RS3 serviced at this establishment and I'm just happy to be able to bring my car to a shop that makes me feel like home. What was supposed to be an oil change and brake change turned into an oil pan gasket change as well. Thing is though he invited me to the shop to check out the leak. The fact he wanted to make it right helped me decide this is where I'll bring my car as long as I live in Texas.

Excellent shop to get work done. Unitronic supplier, ECS Tuning parts supplier, and more. Services Audi, Ferrari, Porsche, and Volkswagen. WHy goto DFW Audi or Fort Worth Audi/VW when you can get the same certified quality work done for much less? I have had all 3 of my VWs and my Audi serviced here, and have always been treated with respect and kindness, leaving with the assurance and confidence that I will be safe driving on the road at any given time.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish from the first phone call I made up until part install day. Kept me in the loop with parts getting in and scheduling my install. They are super professional and definitely have the passion for this type of work. They took care of my 2019 s4 like it was their own car and just all around are super friendly and have all the right tools for the job. Clean shop and just outstanding quality work. They work efficiently with quality and attention to detail. Couldn’t recommend them more! 5 stars! Thanks again!!!!!! Ready to enjoy my new upgrades and I’ll be back for big turbo soon!!!

Fantastic!!!!! Fantastic is the only word I can use to describe ZinkWerks. Everytime I bring my car there I am blown away by the Professionalism, cleanliness and friendliness of each and every person I interact there. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant, always willing to take the time to explain, and advise. Now onto the best part, the prices are so reasonable I had to run my eyes. I needed some work done to my '17 Audi A4 and looked into this shop on a recommendation. Steve Zink the owner reached out to me after I made a post on an Audi forum page looking for said shop recommendations. We set a date and time for me to drop off the vehicle and that's how it started. I got to his shop and thought after seeing the multitude of other Audi/VW vehicles, old and new, that this guy is not a small time mechanic.
The shop is well laid out, and pretty clean considering the work that is being done. I walked in and was greeted by a guy that was once a customer and was helping out while the front end guy was out for personal reasons. I told him my concerns and what I wanted done to the car. In this instance it was motor mounts, transmission service, and to check for coolant leaks as I was smelling coolant when I would drive medium to long distances. I had previously contacted my local dealership to get a quote on the same work. $600 for the transmission service, $1500 for the motor mounts, and at least an hour diag time to check for the possible coolant leak. I had also asked the dealership for a replacement key since I was only provided ONE when I bought the car (used). I was quoted $964 for the key and fob and decided I would just be a single key kind of guy since dealerships are TYPICALLY the only ones that can provide keys and program the FOBs. **Turns out ZinkWerks can also order keys and program the FOBs! And they can do it for about $400 cheaper!!**
The dealership's quote with the key was about $3200 WITHOUT tax. I got all the work done using OEM Audi parts, and added a tire rotation and spark plugs AND THE KEY for less than $2,600. The best part was dropping the car off on a Tuesday and picking it up the following Thursday. The vehicle was finished Wednesday afternoon and the key arrived and was programmed Thursday afternoon. The completion time was MUCH FASTER THAN THE DEALER COULD HAVE EVER HOPED FOR.
Overall I was EXTREMELY pleased with the quickness of service, the REGULAR UPDATES sent to me via text, and the professionalism of Steve and his employees. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZinkWerks for anyone that owns an Audi or Volkswagen. Great job guys! You have gained a customer for life. CORRECTION: You have gained a family member for life! THANK YOU!

Went to zink works on 2/15 to get a lower crank pulled and a intercooler. Put on. After finding missing part from a intercooler I bought online. I had to go to another shop to get a new intercooler. Zink work promised to still get me in and out the same day if I would go get the parts. They did awesome work and very very fair pricing. I drove 3.5 house to their shop and 3.5 bsck and car run great with zero issues. I'll definitely will come back on my next services. I love help smaller shops like this because they do good work and deserve all our business. They even let me keep my car in his shop while I downloaded my tune. Didnt rush me out. Little things like that will keep me as a repetitive customer. Great sit of guys that work in that shop. Next time I'll get my oil, and breaks changed from them.
