Placed an order with days in advance and they didn’t deliver nor bother to tell me they didn’t deliver until I called and ask they ask what was going.

Went in to purchase flowers for a last minute birthday gift . With no time to go anywhere else. Water in vase was dirty and not even at a level for the oasis or flowers to have water source. Pretty disappointing.

My experience with Fabens Fower shop was amazing. I live in Arizona, and I had called the flower shop and spoke with Mr Luis in regards to having a floral arrangement made and to be delivered for my aunts memorial service at the church. I placed my order 4 days before the service, and the floral arrangements that I chose were beautiful. I even went to the flower shop to purchase extra flowers. Mr Luis, it was a pleasure to meet you in person. And I thank you for my aunts beautiful floral arrangement. Much respect to you, Sir. ?

Gone a few times, beautiful flowers but make sure you know what your paying for, I feel there's been a few short change situations where you don't necessarily get what you pay for. Very friendly people and good customer service but it's always best to get what you pay for.

Terrible service. I called and placed an order for my wife to receive flowers at her place of work. I asked for them to be delivered the following day and was told that wouldn't be a problem. The next day came and went. No flowers were delivered. When I called and asked why, I was told that they were out of flowers.... out of flowers as a florist. I was assured they would be delivered the next day.The next day came around and they were in fact delivered. TO THE WRONG LOCATION. I asked them to be delivered to O'Donnell Intermediate School and they were delivered to Fabens Middle School. As a florist who works in a very small town, I would imagine you would know the difference. However I didn't leave anything to chance. I provided the address when I made the order two days prior. And they still delivered to the wrong location. On top of that, when I called to ask again where the flowers were, the gentleman who answered assured me that Fabens Middle School and O'Donnell Intermediate School. When I brought up the difference in the address for the two, they simply hung up.I truly don't think I have ever received worse customer service from a florist.

Horrible service I order flowers for my moms birthday I was told I could choose colors of purple, light pink, dark pink, red, yellow, and white roses. The following day I placed the order and I was told then they only had white, red and yellow. I told the gentleman it was for tomorrow and I would like them in the morning. By 4 the flowers were not even delivered I called the shop for them to tell me they didn’t had the flowers ready the man told he had wrote down the delivery for the next day. My receipt didn’t even have a date and I told him they were for today and he told me he will have them ready in two hours. Two hours past and there’s still no flowers. Three hours later they’re not even the right color. Had a schedule an other deliver for Saturday I’m definitely canceling that one. Just a horrible experience will never buy from this place again and won’t recommend it to anyone.
