horrible Internet and they have bad service. It’s my fourth time calling them and they always say that it’s the router that isn’t working and that I need to buy a new one. I had this Problem since i got the wifi and they always suggest that I need to upgrade the service.And they still want me to pay for their service to come to my house just to come and check the router that i changed 3 times.

Horrible internet. Been calling them for a whole month can provide phone records. Paid everything upfront as is and my internet services didn't work, they said they give me a call back never happened a 3 days went by I called thepissed the hell off ofcourse they put me on hold again called them that same day again and they told me my router was probably old so i go purchase a 150 linkis router and to find out it was for nothing internet did not work. Called them again and again and been trying to get ahold finally the answer a week ago from today dec 26 16 and they said they give me a call, been waiting for more than a week for a damn phone call. I took out a loan to be able to pay for these services me and my children just moved in and I couldnt buy them xmas presents I can either afford to pay the internet so they can watch netflix or use online. My kids decided to go with internet. I havent had access to intenret this whole month of DEC. Ofocurse they got paid for services that I cant use. So ridiculous to get ahold of you guys yall suck at resolving and calling back. If your gonna say that you are gonna call back you better call back. Thats twice that I was lied. Idk why I wasted my time I wish I would of gone with something more professional like dish or time warner. If you want real fast working decent internet do not DO NOTT mAKE BUSINESS HERE AT ALL!!!! You will be disappointed!!! I requested a manager and all I got was supposedly a call back which I never received. Way to go mission valley you ruined our whole month thankyou so much hope yall are happy and comfy with services you chrged us that we cant even use. Barely have any money and. For what do I work so hard to get jacked from this wack ass place. Super super mega upset horrible services.
