Didn't have to courtesy to notify me that I wouldn't be able to use my insurance that used to work here until I arrived at the clinic and was called for my appointment. Waste of a whole day.

I had an appointment and got some test done, today I received a call from the UMC clinic and was told they had came back clear so I was very happy, I even asked where could I get those results for my records and I was told I could pick them up at the Fabens location, a couple hours later I received a phone call.
I was then informed I was given the wrong results and I need to talk to the doctor tomorrow, I am very upset because the person that called said they had multiple charts and must of given me the wrong results.
This is unacceptable, unprofessional and irresponsible, we are all human but there is a huge difference between telling someone everything is clear and making the mistake of giving someone a wrong diagnosis.
What if I would of been told I have cancer???
Or what if they tell me is all clear and is not?
We just can’t be making this kind of mistakes.

I was wrongly accused of picking up my prescription and I felt disrespected by them they wouldn't give me My prescription and now I'm suffering in pain 😭 and don't know who to talk to about not getting my prescription of gabapentin.

i'd give no stars but the one star is for the receptionist, she was the most thoughtful/helpful person there. i saw vanessa priego and other than sending me for an ultrasound she was no help. she ignored my complaint and said it was probably due to my period and to stop drinking coffee. non surprise, it had nothing to do with that. she'll tell you to call her office with questions but never returns your call.

Some of the staff were nice, but unfortunately the MD (Vanessa) was extremely rude and disrespectful. Had an attitude the entire time she was explaining to me what was going on and was also trying to convince me I didn’t feel a certain way with my diagnosis when I would be the one to know the pain I am experiencing . Would not recommend. Please save your time and money and go to a different location.

Lupe does not know how to show respect does not know anything about customer service she’s rude she thinks she works for Human Resources when she only gives discount she need to learn how to respect elders

I was very disappointed that a person like this would be allowed to work in customer service helping people in need. Lupe at the Fabens office was extremely disrespectful and harsh words were used when she spoke of her coworkers. Her temper and cynical attitude made us feel uncomfortable never going back to that office again

I'm sorry but the pharmacy lady's are very lazy. They see you and tell you to wait and they chit chat like if there no one. Not to mention supervisor is in on the conversation as well. VERY unprofessional

The clinic itself is well organized and get you where you need to go for your appointment. Very professional and nice. They get 5 stars from me !! Dr. Flores is an excellent to go doctor !!! Totally recommend her.Other than that,If I could give the PHARMACY no stars it’d be great. But this is the worst customer service I’ve had. Few of the pharmacists are extremely rude. They expect you to wait till they are ready to attend you. I understand that they may get busy but they also need to understand that it takes time out of our day as well. & what’s the point of having the camera facing the door for when we are standing in line when they aren’t paying attention to it. We have to knock on the locked door so they can assist us. Not to mention, they also have a sign for us patients that only 3 people at a time, and they don’t even follow that. So, what’s the point?!? I’d like to know. Overall it’s very unprofessional of them to treat us, the patients, in a rude way when all we want to do is pick up our medication and go on with our day. Also, I understand that there is a mask mandate for all hospitals and clinics, they don’t wear them properly, so why do we have to wear ours properly? Aren’t they suppose to set the example in the healthcare facility where it’s much more delicate when it comes to getting sick?! I mean, I’m just putting it out there. All we ask is for the service to be professional and with no attitude. If you’re having a bad day, please don’t take it to work and take it out on the patients.

Service very unprofessional, they treated me like I was bothering them, lab personnel is worse, the moment you arrive they give you the dead squirrel on the side of the street stare, I guess they know they have to get to work, they also put up a bunch of hurdles to not try and not get your labs. I'm guessing that by them being out here in Fabens there's no one checking up on them.

Extremely unhelpful id give them 0 stars if i could. So i called for a sore throat. They treated me as if i had covid without really knowing and scheduled me for an appointment over the phone. I did not even see a doctor but the doctor i spoke with over the phone prescribed me ibuprofen and a nasal spray just guessing on what she thinks i have based of on a 5 minute phone conversation. When i called for my results for strep they said its negative. I asked if the covid test comes back “negative” will a doctor see me then for my sore throat. Her response was “no” because sore throat is a symptom for covid. So my question is what is the negative result suppose to mean then doesnt that mean i dont have covid. (Scratching my head on that one still) Such an un logical response coming from a nurse and doctor. I did nit go to medical school and im no nurse or doctor and this response makes no sense to me . So a patient cant simply have a sore throat apparently everything is covid. Or the excuse they use to sit and collect a paycheck. These are suppose to be the “heroes” who hide behind walls refusing to see patients. Id find a different place. Thats what im doing. So unprofessional and rude staff.
