A lot of the pricing on display are wrong, Once I let the cashier know, she was rude and only said “we go based on the system “ and didn’t bother to apologize, didn’t care what was in display nor took it down, instead after my paying for my stuff, she just got the ones I wasn’t taking and placed them back and didn’t bother to look nor fix the pricing issues, deceiving customers and taking advantage that they are the only store in town, shameful

I had an encounter with employee Karla. She was in a bad mood and was hurrying me up after I asked her for a price check on a tool. She asked me are you going to want it or not. I stated let me see what the price for the other items was going to be. She rolled her eyes at me . At that point I asked her if she was bothered by the price checks. She stated , " no asi tengo la carra". I grabbed my receipt and she blurted out that I snatched my receipt from her hand. She wanted to start arguing about it with me a customer. I left her there and left the store. I wonder if the owner knows about this awful customer service.Just wanted to add, it should never be a matter of an employee "clicking" with a customer or not to give good customer service. The very notion the the employee is arguing with the customer is enough to determine there was no good customer service being provided that day. God Bless

Employee by the name of Karla gives awful customer service. Sits there and tries to argue with the customer because she is bothered that you asked her for a price check.

Anyplace that keeps the World-famous Fabens Rooster is definitely going to get my coveted “iWheel of Approval!” Adding to that, I strongly support non-big box hardware/lumber stores! I know my sentiments will be confirmed when I go inside this fine store soon!
