I tried to teach my daughter the value of shopping around for vaccine prices and medicine. She needed a very specific vaccine in order to register for her classes at UT. She called a lot of different businesses, and determined that the CVS store was the cheapest at $70 for the vaccine. She received a voicemail from an employee confirming the price. My wife called to confirm the price for the specific vaccine. My daughter felt proud to save so much money and went there at her scheduled appointment time. They told her it was going to be over double the price that she was quoted. They said that the employee had made a mistake and they would not honor the price. I find this kind of bait and switch tactic repulsive. Own up, take the loss, and retrain your workers. I will consistently avoid CVS in the future.

I had a great experience at the CVS Pharmacy drive-thru. I didn’t have my card with me, but the woman helping me was incredibly patient and kind. She guided me through entering the info manually and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Really appreciated her helpful attitude!

Management slow to respond to any issue in store. Waited almost 15mins about their system not showing coupons clipped (not first time this has happened and another customer also said they constantly have same issues). Then they refuse to honor any coupon on the app. What’s the point of clipping coupons when they won’t let you use them?! Get your act together CVS.

The star review is not about the pharmacy staff, they're all fantastic, and would give this a 5 star if I could.
No, this is a review on their terrible, horrible, awful, and functionally useless online systems for getting RX filled. The online systems says I haven't had my RX filled at this location since 2022 despite having a monthly pickup Every Month for 2 years now. This makes it impossible to make any request online to get a refill, even though their phone system does nothing but tell you to go online and make a request. How can I make a request if it can't even show me what I picked up last month??? CVS need to overhaul their online systems and have them be functional in making requests and tracking RX pickups, because right now the online portal is less than useful and shouldn't exist.

This CVS certainly has upped its game at hiring great employees. I have been consistently treated with courtesy and appreciation by so many of their employees. The Pharmacy team has often gone out of their way to assist me with product information.

Horrible service. The pharmacist said all my personal information so loudly everyone was staring at me I was so ashamed. She was sure up on her high horse. Refused to fill my med even after my doctor got on the phone with her. I became very ill because of her horrible treatment of patients I’ll never understand why she is servicing the public the way she acted. I’ve turned her into the board of pharmacy for refusing to fill a medication without contacting my doctor which by the board rules is what is supposed to occur. Deserves to have board action and retraining
