Just had a poor customer experience at Frost bank in Fair Oaks. I made the mistake of coming in during the lunch hour when only ONE banker was working. Three ladies were sitting with her, eating their lunch, which should have told me it was going to be a LONG meeting. After waiting 10 minutes, we asked when we could expect to be waited on. The response was that the other banker would be there at 1. At 1:08 still no other banker, so I left. Oh, the teller did tell me I could come back since they're open until 5:00. But I live 20 minutes away--not convenient. It's really hard to get good customer service these days, it seems.

Service fell off a cliff. Been banking here for 20+ years and used to like them. Went in to access my safety deposit box which I've also had at this location for 20 years only to find after 15 minutes waiting around that I no longer have access to it. I'm the primary account holder. Not only did I not have access to it, they also wouldn't tell me who did. Fortunately, my wife was with me, and she still had access. When we added another family member to the box access a few months back, they dropped me off. To be given my access back, I had to cancel out this box and rent another box. This sounds like a red tape addled government bureaucracy, not a privately owned, supposedly customer-oriented business. I ended up cleaning out the box and terminating the rental. As soon as I get some direct deposits moved, I'll be closing out all other accounts and will no longer do business with Frost bank.Other dropped services include no more notary public service, and unresponsive investment counselors that never return phone calls.

Amanda Gaertner has the best customer service ever, I've had several business accounts in several banks, but hands down FROST BANK is the best.

Worst service EVER! I was told one thing in the phone prior to going on documents needed before going there then get there and told I need additional documents by another backer at this branch. As I’m waiting 18 minutes for the banker to come back as she went to collaborate with the other banker that I had talked to on the phone to see who was wrong I noticed that people of a certain skin tone were friendly greeted by the staff while those of us with different skin tones were not. Was hoping to open an account here but after this I absolutely will stay away.

Frost Bank is nothing like they used to be. #1 no Apple Pay #2 lobby hours are ridiculous #3 unbearable customer support, I have three different forms of communication trying to resolve a simple banking issue. I am Left to switch Banks Because I Cannot Deposit Checks in my Bank Account Via Mobile Phone & tablet. Weeks of lack of customer support is leaving me without the services that I need.
