Had a 5.00 appt with Cindy. She called me at 3:30 and left a message asking if I wanted to come early.
I was driving so I did not call her back.
After fixing dinner for my husband I got there at 4:35 . She told me since I did not return her phone call it would be an hour wait. I said no and walked out.
I have used this place for about 5 months but I won’t be back. Very unhappy

Okay. I came here just to get 3 nails cleaned up and gel fingernail polish put on. No acrylic nails and was charged $50. Will not be back. Had no idea it'd be so high!

I’m giving 2 stars instead of none because I didn’t get any services from them but with good reason. I walked in at 2pm on a Sunday and google says they close at 5 which was more than enough time with the services I was asking for a gel manicure a pedicure and an eye brow wax all which generally takes about an hour to and hour and half. I walked in a lady doing nails asked me what I was looking for I explained and she asked me if I minded waiting which of course I did not. Then a man comes yelling from the back asking me what I want and telling me I should have called before I came in. That he had to call someone and ask them to come back now when their door very clearly states walk ins welcome and I came long before closing. He called someone and asked them to come back and by the time he finished his call I decided this place wasn’t the place for me because as a first time customer I refused to be shouted at and told to call when your door says walk-ins welcome. I didn’t feel very welcome. I took my self to a different salon not far and got much kinder services

Worst pedicure experience in my life! Don’t know her name but she acted like I ruined her day by showing up! Rolled her eyes when I didn’t prop my foot exactly how she wanted it, was rude, checked her phone every 15 seconds. Obviously having a bad day and took it out on me.Just moved to the area from out of state. Will NEVER come here again.

PLEASE JUST STOP DOING WHAT "YOU " CALL NAILS!!!! Cuz you are making my cuticles bleed and forcefully grabbing my hands and then you want me to relax??? "Wait what??!!" Yep! Nuts, right?? It's so Britney it's unbelievable! No gratitude for the business they are getting at this point! I liked how my nails looked and stayed on but the treatment I endured a few times just isn't worth the dollars! I'm not going where I'm not valued! So the takeaways are: Horrible Customer service, unclean As heck! Left with cuts, yes more than a few on nails n hands, and they made it clear that they just didn't give a puck!! Total waste of real estate! Being in Fair Oaks doesn't mean diddly! I still haven't found "THE BEST NAIL PLACE" in the Texas Hill Country Community or SA for that matter but I'm not giving up! The big dawgs like Houston n Dallas have businesses that do a damn good job and make you feel like family!

Clean, quiet, great job. It was my first time there. Just walked in bc I needed a pedicure I was very satisfied and my toes feel and look great. My technician was Tina. She is quiet, but I like that. Could relax and enjoy the chair massage. Will definitely go back!

The guy was so rude and rough. While he was holding my finger filing the nail his nail was digging into my skin. The nails came out thick and crooked. WILL NOT RETURN.

First time getting acrylics and it was a really pleasant experience here. I got here early in the morning and waited a few minutes for the technician to come since I didn't make an appointment. Most other nail places around here are always crazy busy but this place was not and it made the appointment feel less rushed. The nails were a great length and, most importantly, not bulky. They were shaped very well and exactly to what I had described. The technician asked for feedback multiple times. My nails are still looking and feeling good after a few days so I will definitely return and highly recommend.
