“We love Thrive!! When we first moved to Boerne I talked with numerous daycares before selecting Thrive. From the first interaction you could tell that their primary concern is your CHILD. Anything and everything else is secondary. They will go out of their way to ensure that your child is in a safe, caring environment. Each and every staff member I have interacted with is caring and warm and has deep compassion for children. Every drop off everyone we see greets my kids by name. One morning my toddler was exhausted from a poor nights sleep and I made a joke in passing to Staci Baros (the director) who, without hesitation, set up a little bed for him in the teachers’ lounge so he could get a little nap in
They also always have the cutest activities planned and are wonderful at sending you pictures and updates through out the day.
Also, it’s worth noting, I’m 100% sure Staci would
throw hands with ANYONE who threatens the safety of the children. Her one and only concern is keeping the children safe and secure while in her care. She is quick to let you know when illness pop up and what symptoms to look out for and, to the best of her ability, she tries to keep the spread of illnesses to a minimum.
I know there is a decent wait list to get in but it is well worth it. We adore Thrive and I can imagine no better place for my kiddos.”

“A really organized and responsible daycare. They are committed with not only providing to the kids the minimum, they go above and beyond to make them feel welcome and secure. I really like when I enter the center and everyone knows my daughter’s name, even the staff that doesn’t work with her, they had a lovely pumpkin patch, they do crafts, they go outside and play, the have movie day, theme days, they celebrate other national day (example: for grandparents day they made a ceramic plate with an art design for us), they provided a mini class of kick boxing, they do a lot of fun stuff. They communicate and MOST of all I chose this center because they keep my daughter safe with security codes for entering the building, they provide the opportunity to pay to watch your daughter during the day with an app and also has a check in and check out process that I really like.”

“Bilingual Child Academy at Stone Oak was a wonderful experience for us for many years. My son attended for about 3 years (2019-2021) and my daughter just had her pre-kindergarten graduation. We are very grateful that our children were able to attend the day school with so much love from everyone there. Every day they were welcomed with smiling, friendly faces that they were excited to see. They loved all the daily activities that they were able to take part in. The teachers really made the activities hands on so they could interact and move around. They were very creative in the activities and it was always something new to incorporate the learning of a new language for my kids. The both have a solid foundation of Spanish which made it an easy transition to bilingual kindergarten! I also appreciated all the updates and photos of what they were doing through out the day. Its always a little scary when you initially put your babies with others but they knew how we were feeling and how to make us feel better by seeing what our child was doing through out the day. I would recommend BCA - hands down!”

“I have been bringing my children here for many years and highly recommend Country Home. The staff in the front are always so inviting and welcoming as well as the teachers in the classrooms. In the 2 year old classroom the teacher helped potty train my daughter. My children learned so much from this learning center and it helped prepare them for kindergarten! As afterschoolers, it was great since they got their homework done at Country Home! The field trips are great during the summer, my kids always loved those! I highly recommend Country Home to anyone who is looking for child care!”
