I highly recommend Stor Self Storage in Fair Oaks Ranch! I needed a storage unit quickly and they were easy to work with in getting an easy accessible unit. Alan initially answered the phone and walked me through the online process. He assigned the unit and make it seamless when I walked in to finalize payment. Luis and Eric have also be outstanding in answering my questions. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and I feel that my items are in great hands. Continue the fabulous customer service!

Great people. Great service. Great climate controlled facility.I give them a 4 slightly less than 5 because the unloading area is too small for trucks or trailers; can be done but difficult.

This place is very nice and clean. The customer service is out of this world. Reserved a unit online and didn't have a lock. The manager Eric made a special trip after hours to sell me a lock so I could move in. Yes I should have requested the lock up front but that's another story.
