A HELL LOT BETTER THEN MEXIA STORE !!!! A LOT CLEANER & NICER. I'm in there a lot. So they know me. If I call and ask to put back something If they have. They do. Great Service. Except for the Kiddos in evening time. Always on phones or never notice you came in. I like to be said hello too. So I guess I see you All Tomorrow.

If your ever in Fairfield TX you truly need to stop at Dollar Tree. Like many others I've been inside alot of Dollar Tree stores with my wife. I digress. Super stoked with Christmas discount. Since it's $1.25. But none the less. Valentine was being displayed and especially they already have their St Patrick irems in stock in. Very clean. Visiting with family and nice to see employee know my step daughter. So I guess all in all it's what you would expect a Dollar Tree to look like. See you soon

Management is the worst!!!? I go into this store all the time and when I need to load my card I can't cause it seems that NOBODY IN THE WHOLE KNOWS HOW INCLUDING THE MANGER, SHE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THE DONT LOAD CHIME CARDS WHEN I KNOW THAT THEY DO BECAUSE IVE HAD IT LOADED THERE BEFORE , HOW CAN YOU HAVE A MANGER THERE ALWAYS ON THE PHONE THEY NEED TO COME BACK IN TEACH THE EMPLOYEES HOW TO LEARN EVERYTHING IN THE STORE BESIDES STOCKING AND RUNNING THE REGISTER AND SAY HELLO WELCOME TO DOLLAR TREE!! I HAVE ALSO CONTACT THE HEADQUARTERS AND DISTRIC MANGER AS WELL, THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, GET THESE PEOPLE A HANBOOK OR SOMETHING!!! IM SICK OF IT. I SHOULDN'T HAVE YO WAIT UNTIL 4O'CLOCK TO HAVE MY CARD LOADED WHEN CLEARLY ITS EMPLOYEES ALREADY THERE ??TRAIN THESE PEOPLE OR PUT SOMEONE IN THERE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO!! Management is lazy ; sitting in the office not doing anything while one person checks out everyone and it happens to be an poor elderly woman sweet yet slow . People continue to pile the line. While they just laugh and lolly gag in the back. This place needs extreme make over ; people give this place a great rating Because it’s cheap but desperately needs improvement
