We’ve been looking for a specific Jeep Wagoneer for a bit and connected with Dannielle at Freedom by Ed Morse! Spoke to her Friday morning then I picked up our Wagoneer 24 hours later. She worked with us on our trade in as well and we got exactly what we wanted with the trade in and our new car! Let’s just say this, I drove 100 miles to pick this car up because we couldn’t pass on the sales support and the deal we were able to get! Can't say enough good things about Sarah and the Service Team here. I literally got towed in 1 minute after closing time on a Thursday (on my way to Dallas), and Sarah helped me out. Fixed me up with a loaner, and got my repairs completed the next day. I was able to pick up my vehicle Monday morning on my way back through!!

Had four recalls on my car. I scheduled an appointment three weeks ago. They only replaced two. Said they would call when the parts were in. I havent heard a word. I call them to inquire about the parts, but the answer is always thes same... the have not come in yet...
