My experience with Freedom Ford was exceptional from start to finish. I worked with Kyle Williams, who went above and beyond to make the process of trading in my 2013 Chevy 1500 and purchasing my new 2025 Ford F-150 seamless and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, professional, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire experience. I was especially impressed that the dealership arranged delivery of my new truck all the way to Lockhart, which truly demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. I will absolutely continue doing business with Freedom Ford for life and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Service department, specifically Gina, is rude and a liar. They keep your vehicle for half a month and don’t do a thing, then say they have been trying to call you, when they haven’t. Then proceed to text you with screenshots of call records that prove they have not called since they had my vehicle but still say they have called. This will be the last time I ever do business with Freedom Ford. Steer clear of this establishment if you want honest people working on your vehicle.
Update: I did not allow Freedom Ford to touch my truck after the interaction with Gina. Freedom Ford quoted over a $1000 to fix my truck on this problem. When I took the truck to Moore Tire & Auto in Corsicana, they had my vehicle for only 2 days and the fix was $68 out the door! Hadn’t had any problems since. Makes you wonder why Freedom Ford had my vehicle for half a month and was quoting over a grand for a fix that could be diagnosed and fixed in 2 days and cost less than $100 elsewhere!

Sheree, the sales rep, and Scott, finance guy, made purchasing my new truck from out of state a breeze and seamless. The price was unable to be matched elsewhere. The process was relatively smooth and streamlined. There was a little snag with delivery of the vehicle but we sorted it out. At the end of the day, the price and the service definitely tip this whole experience to 5 stars.
Ask for the team of Sheree and Scott, they'll take good care of you.

We started having transmission issues on the front end of a long road trip and called ahead to Freedom Ford. The service manager, Gina, could not have been more helpful. She walked me through what I needed to lookout for to make sure we didn’t have any issues before we got there and got us right in when we arrived. We (myself, my wife, our two kids under 3, and 75 lb golden retriever) were welcomed by everyone we came in contact with. They even brought out a ball for the kids to play with and water for our dog while we waited. Thankfully it was a simple fix and they had us on our way within an hour of showing up. Highly recommend this dealership and service center! So much so that will try to plan future maintenance around road trips or go 2-3 hrs out of my way to have my vehicle serviced here. Thank yall so much!

I test drove a Bronco with Shera McCoy last month and then we looked at several Explorers and drove one that I bought. I thought Shera did an excellent job of helping me understand the features of the vehicles and I enjoyed the buying experience due to her help. Shera got the Explorer cleaned up and gassed up and delivered it to me the following morning and has kept me updated on the license plate receipts. I'm enjoying driving the Explorer a lot and I would want to deal with Shera if I bought another Ford. I recommend her to any who read this as a salesperson you should visit if you are interested in a new Ford.
