“We can't thank Robert and Tracy enough for such a wonderful service experience. We had taken our rig in for some warranty work and Tracy stayed in constant contact and provided updates for us. Robert was by far the best tech we have ever had. When picking up our rig, he went through every little detail on our punch list to ensure our satisfaction. You can tell he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond for the customer. FunTown, do whatever you need to in order to take care of this wonderful employee. Employees that like him are few and far between!!!!!”

“One of the people working on Sept 20 ,2025 was very rude. If you asked a question she would roll her eyes and would talk on cell phone when trying to ask a question. She got upset and did not want to be bothered. There was another guest voicing a complaint amf she did same thing to him. Do not stay here unless you want to be treated like trash. Rooms had odor very hot in the room and air conditioner not working very well. I didnt want to ask about it because I didnt want to be treated like I was when I checked in. They do not care about the guest. Do not stay here I stayed one night and that was too many. Very rude people”
