Jalen has been truly exceptional.
His attention to detail and consistent follow-ups made a lasting impression—and ultimately, it was his customer service that kept us with State Farm.
As someone who was previously licensed in all lines, I know how fast-paced and demanding this industry can be. It takes a special person to keep up, and Jalen does it effortlessly.
State Farm is fortunate to have him on their team!
