The staff is super helpful. Loads of selections. The only issue is that their internet connection can be slow or spotty.

Hours in maps is incorrect. They close at 5.How are people who have full-time jobs and don't get off until 5:00 supposed to bring eagle applications and pick up eagle packets before 5:00????

Doesn't matter how clean and well stocked the store is and how professional the staff is if the store isn't opened as advertised. I showed up after 5 which should have been fine for the online listing of closing at 6. But the paper on the door said they were closed at 5. Too late to drive to Harry Hines.

I love going here. They have cool stuff and the people who work there are very knowledgeable! They will help you figure out what you need with no problems!! Scout stuff is kinda pricey, but well worth the experience.

I emailed in my want list and Karina not only verified all was in stock she pulled it and bagged it for me to pickup. I paid by debit card on the phone and had a friend pick it all up. I work the hours they are open making it difficult to get there so she really helped me accomplish this task on my schedule, thanks Karina.
