I made a payment at the drive thru ATM it did a count and it gave back Half only $200.00 it did not even give receipt or any notifications of payments it said to take my notes or they would be kept you can't remove something if it doesn't open up, I did everything I could to prove what I'm missing, I never had this problem, at this point feel like paying card off and cutting card in half

Considering all the other 1 star reviews, thought I'd share my experience with Capital One and this branch.In terms of banking, Capital One has been great. The app is very good compared to other banks, and I have not had any technology issues with them. They have consumer-focused practices such as no overdraft fees that also make them great.This branch has also been great - the staff inside have been nice when I have had to go in. And I have personally had no issues with the ATMs, although to be fair - I have not been stupid enough to try to deposit $1000+ via the ATM and have kept it to a hundred here and there. If you need to deposit large amounts of cash, it's probably a safer policy - at any bank - to wait to go inside when it is open.

First they froze the account without any notice. Took a month and many bounced checks to discover. Also, Try taking out your money in large sums and they'll want your blood drawn. Awful customer service. Zero stars.

Beware of ATM!! I would not recommend using their drive thru atm. The bank does not service their atm, servicing is done by a 3rd party. I was attempting to make a cash deposit on the weekend 11/19/2023 but the atm malfunctioned and did not process my deposit but only returned a few bills to me. ATM kept $1,100 of my cash deposit. Fast forward to Monday morning 11/20/2023 and after filing a claim, I was told by the capital one claims center that it would take 10 business days for my account to be credited. Since there was no bank representative on site during the malfunction, despite me showing video proof to the bank manager, they have refused to expedite the posting of provisional credit to my account. Disappointed and lost trust in Capital One especially since issues with this particular branch atm malfunctions appear to be reoccurring based on other Google reviews.Now I have to wait until December 5, 2023 to even get a provisional credit and they will "consider" reimbursing me for the late fees I'll have on my bills. Capital One needs to be investigated for their business practices and continuing to have defective ATMs in place for customer use.If you already bank with Capital One my suggestion is only use the atm during branch business hours if you want to avoid being in my situation.If you don't already bank with Capital One you've been warned!11/29/2023 Update: I also filed a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on 11/28/2023 and they forwarded complaint to Capital One the same day. On 11/29/2023 Capital One opened new claim based on the CFPB complaint they received and the claim was resolved within hours and my money was deposited into my account.I still feel that Capital One atm malfunctions need to be investigated and having to get a government agency involved to get a resolution was more than I should have had to do considering that I had video evidence of the malfunction. If you're not already a Capital One banking customer find another bank!

Seeing that this location has a lot of 1 stars I must have came on a good day or they have improved tremendously. I was greeted and the service was quick and easy. Everyone was kind and got my cashiers check with no problems.

Awful. ATMs are constantly down. The walk up ATM that you should be able to access after hours that is in the space when you open the doors but before the lobby is inaccessible since they lock the door. I have had my debit card eaten by their ATMs twice and have to wait for them to send out other ones. I literally only go here because it's close, but I think it's time to just drive to another branch.

Jasmine, and the 2 other women (one wearing a mask and one large woman with brown hair) made me want to bank with another bank due to their lack of manners and professionalism . The one with a mask wasn’t helping any customers, yet there was a line out the door. Jasmine had a terrible attitude towards me needing a cashiers check. Definitely going back to chase after this encounter.

Rude, inconsiderate, and completely unhelpful staff. I had a completely reasonable and normal request for assistance in getting some new paper checks. I was stonewalled and treated with sarcasm by the staff and bank manager.

There were 2 ladies behind the desk not currently assisting anybody. I understand they were working on something else but an acknowledgment would have been appreciated to feel more comfortable to wait for them. After a few minutes of not being looked at I decided to leave and bank elsewhere.

The staff here clearly hate their jobs, they never smile, and act so annoyed when you ask them anything or try to do any kind of transaction with them. They'll just tell you to use the ATM instead

It's such a frustrating experience to go into this building the plexiglass and the little tiny square holes makes it very hard to hear and to talk so you have to talk louder and then everyone gets to know your business very poorly done. In fact I believe this really imposes on a customer's security when I can hear how much money the person next to me is getting in his hands cash I think they really need to rethink on how to serve the customers best in this Bank.
