Rude, inconsiderate, and completely unhelpful staff. I had a completely reasonable and normal request for assistance in getting some new paper checks. I was stonewalled and treated with sarcasm by the staff and bank manager.

No lobby service. Has to wait in long lines for drive through. What is the point of paying millions of dollars to build a bank brench.

This place is a joke. They are never open inside anymore and they have ONE drive thru window. Be sure to give yourself 30-45+ minutes here to make a simple deposit.

Just wanting to know what the actual point there is of having a walk-in bank, but never having anyone work there. Believe it or not Capital One, banking still requires face-to-face customer service these days, and it really would help if the bank I've had an account with for the last 10+ years was more accommodating than having to rely on a single drive-thru employee (with a CLEARLY unfair amount of work/responsibility put on them) to handle or not be able to handle legitimate concerns regarding my bank account, deposits, general questions, etc. Honestly, I blame myself for not already de-banking with this poor excuse of a company/storefront.

Beware of Racial Profiling If you look even just slightly Hispanic they will ask you for your Social Security number when they know this is not a requirement to cash a check.

Came in to open a business account and had the best customer service experience I've ever had in a bank before. Please ask for Cindy the lady boss! She will get the job done and will provide you with professionalism from start to finish. Super thankful for her help, will be back to open another business account.

This branch has the worse customer service. The Branch Manager is non existent or unavailable every day. She is not at the branch but seems to be unable to oversee this branch from another location. The tellers including Vinhson are the rudest people. I will be looking to change banks after the way I was treated.

The tellers (the female ones)here are a bunch of bitches!!!! Hate coming here but it's the only one that's close to where I live! Management needs to keep an eye with how these tellers interact with their clients!
