My delivery driver, Carla, is the most patient person I have ever met. I had my headphones on and didn’t hear her knocking at the door. With three cars on the driveway she knew someone must be home so she continued knocking every couple minutes. By the time I realized that knocking sound was not part of the movie soundtrack, at least five minutes lapsed. I felt terrible and surprised and blessed all at the same time. Thank you Carla. You are truly an angel

Stopped by on Saturday to pick up a prearranged arrangement. I purchased the $50 arrangement for a gift. I was completely embarrassed by the lack of fullness and arrangement style! NOTHING about it felt like a bouquet. It was fruit on a stick placed in a bucket. I wished I had taken a picture of it. I hope this store doea better! But please really look at what you're picking up before paying for it.

The arrangement arrived in great condition but the order was wrong. That’s the reason for the 3 star. We ordered a mosaic design platter but got a garden design platter instead. It was disappointing because the bday girl would have love the original design choice more.

I stopped by hoping to pick up a small order—just half a dozen chocolate-covered strawberries—but was told they weren’t accepting any orders for the entire weekend. I was surprised that even such a small request couldn’t be accommodated. The only option offered was a $139 premade arrangement intended for someone else who didn’t pick it up. It didn’t feel customer-friendly or flexible. Disappointed by the lack of effort to help in a simple situation.
