If you visit Elliots Hardware in Fairview look for Victor! I called ahead to make sure Elliots had the product that I was looking for. When I arrived an hour later, due to a long drive to get there, he recognized me looking at the product and remembered that I called. The item was big that I needed so he helped me to the car. Elliott's hardware is a unique place to shop. I can find paint and different types of varnishes that I can't find in your typical hardware store. I found some outdoor patio storage that was nicely priced on this visit!

Victor is my go to guy for all things. From paint, bug spray, tools and recently a grill/smoker, he is the person I seek for advice. He is always friendly, patient and knows where everything is and what I need for all projects. I go to Elliott’s because I get personalized help. Skip the big box stores and support local. It’s a much better experience.

If you don't know exactly what you need, don't go to Lowe's, go to Elliott's Hardware. Lowe's sent me to Elliott's for the wrong item. I appreciate the time and effort of Stephen at Elliott's to actually look at my car to see what bolt was needed. He went the extra mile to help me make sure I had the right one even though it was a low cost item. Thank you Elliott's!

Manager Victor is awful. He Sat on FaceTime on speaker while I waited for 10m to checkout. Decided to finally call an older gentleman who was very nice to try and cash me out, but then the older gentleman started having technical issues, so victor finally cashed me out with an attitude. No wonder this store is so slow. First time I’ve had a bad experience at this location, but it’s also the first time I’ve seen this manager.

I’m an enthusiastic admirer of Elliott's hardware. They offer an exceptional selection and outstanding customer service.
However, I’m curious about the significant price difference between the Fairview, Tx and Plano, Tx locations. Stainless steel M8 x 1.25 hex head bolts are about $1.25 more at Fairview than at Plano.

Went in to buy a chainsaw today and had the absolute best experience. Miley and Cary were able to answer all my questions on different features. I left here very confident that I bought the right model for our house projects. Thank you to the whole Elliott's crew!

Elliott's in Fairview came through for us in championship fashion. Our wooden backyard fence had faded considerably after using a water based stain obtained at a big box store. Mylee Holmes, the paint dept mgr, recommended we use an oil based stain. Having selected a color we got 5 gallons of Cabot's solid stain. Soon, we were able to calculate how much more we needed to finish the job. I called Mylee to order another 5 gal which she had ready the next day. I wish to thank Mylee, Victor Baidoo, and Ron Horton for additional help. Appling an oil based stain can look splotchy if done incorrectly. With abundant help from Elliott's staff our fence looks fantastic. Thanks!

We went in to get a couple of fasteners that I’ve been searching for quite some time. As soon as I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted and then two gentleman asked me how they could help me. I spoke to Victor and told him what I needed. He walked me towards the fasteners and also showed Stephen what I needed. Both of these gentleman worked diligently to find me exactly what I needed in a matter of minutes. I was in awe of their service. Thank you so much for your help, Victor and Stephen. You have made Elliott’s Hardware Fairview my new hardware store.
