Got a set of gel x nails. 3 have come off in 4 days and I haven't been to work over the holidays. I don't recommend this place for gelx sets. The staff was friendly I'm just really sad my nails came out like this for 70 dollars plus a good tip.

Thank You Kate for a wonderful first time experience. You got the Coffin Shape to my liking, was was totally pampered with snacks, wine and water. Thank You Kate for the excellent service and conversation. I definitely plan to be a regular customer. ❤️💅🏽

My experience was fantastic, and the service was truly remarkable! Michael did an absolutely wonderful job on my nails, paying great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

This was me and my daughter’s first time here, looking for a new spot to do our nails and we found it! They did an amazing job, not to mention the best foot massage during the spa pedicures we ever had. That’s saying a lot from me as a nurse whose feet always hurt, and my teen daughter with arthritis.
honestly, I know this area is known for being nicer than average, however, I was getting tired of the same over priced service yet mediocre, rushed service.
I’m glad we decided to come here, finally a place we found that does great and we are not leaving feeling like it wasn’t worth it.

Have been coming here for over a year consistently, every 3 weeks with Nancy. Have put up with it being over priced and inconsistent because of having consistently good nail work done with her. HOWEVER she is no longer here and every single time I’ve ever been in, they change the price, are inconsiderate of appointments and like to argue when they over charge. Scheduled today for 1 pm appointment with her specifically, had to reschedule for 2 pm and was clear about services and provider - arrive for appointment and not only was then told she no longer works here but was greeted by a lady I’ve never seen who was very rude and asked for me to come back at 3. Will not ever come back again. Several of their other nails techs have attempted my dip / acrylic before which left my nails looking like melted crayons - that Nancy still had to fix. With her gone, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even with her there every visit felt like a headache with customer service, pricing, and appointments

AS REQUESTED - called the store 4:54pm
To see if there was any redeeming conversation to be had to make this right. Called and the same lady who was rude last time can barely speak English. I asked for the owner several times to which she handed the phone to Michael - who was also present during my last experience and in fact was the one who confirmed to me that Nancy was still there. I asked for the owner 3x and asked if I was currently speaking to Michael (I have seen him there many visits while working with Nancy) to which he also responded “What you want” and explaining the reason for my call. I give up on the place.
Had a WONDERFUL experience at Rose Couture though. Highly recommend them for the same price and much better experience

My daughter and I happened to be riding our bikes when we found this place. Mary and Brian were quick and accommodating. They kindly offered water before we even said we would stay, which was nice and welcoming. The prices are great. The establishment is very clean. I recommend.

This is a late review but definitely needs reporting. I was here for the first time a few weeks ago no more than a month ago, got a pedicure and dip on my nails. I broke a nail not long after coming here and saw I have a fungus on my thumb nail. I've never experienced this before so I will not be returning. Come to also think about it... the guy doing my nails cut/ scraped me several times with the drill around my cuticle area and was ignoring it. The place looked like it needing cleaning or wasn't that tidy
