I love living here! I simply love the area where there's access to so many different shops and restaurants! The area is very clean compared to the other properties I've lived at and very quiet. Security is always around, so I feel very safe. I do look forward to being here for a long while! Y'all come and check them out!!!

The wife and I still enjoy IPIC..but sometimes we find some of them are falling apart. Almost turning into a dive bar because they won't invest in upkeep...especially in their restrooms. Yall can do better.

They need to monitor To-go parking. Several times, I have ordered from Glorias or Pie 314 (even eaten there and seen the same car in to-go for over an hour) and I have to wait for a spot for 15-20min or drive way out of the way! Parking is horrible and when people feel entitled to ignore signs...bad for business

Such a classy locality ! Yet, very exclusive and a perfect place to spend an afternoon over the weekend or have a fun evening here any day... There's so much to do over here. I have lived in this locality over a month now and wouldn't want to move anywhere else !

A great place for shopping, only bad parts you have to drive for each store

Where have the stores gone?Something is always under construction. Not the place it once was not probably ever will be again.Tried to be an open concept North Park/Galleria, ended up as a bartender wasteland.

I return here again and again. For every day shopping Whole Foods is always a treat. For entertainment, iPic is the only movie theater you'll every want.

This shopping center has a few good stores, but the atmosphere and shopping experience is definitely impacted by stores boarded up with mismatched, warped, and rotting wood. So much potential, yet half of this place feels abandoned or post apocalyptic. It makes no sense as there are many successful shopping centers in the near vicinity so the consumers are there. This place is highly mismanaged.

Update 6/14/23: Things remain pretty much the same on this side. Not many new businesses, but some came in. Older restaurants got a makeover to a more up to date vibe. All in all still good place for shopping, dining, and date nights.Hopefully this place comes back to life!!!

As a current resident of the area, I have comments and concerns. Positives: restaurants and shopping within walking distance. When various construction projects are completed, there will be even more options. I have hope. Concerns:1) the area where there are unoccupied shops are in dire need of repairs. It looks derelict. Broken sidewalks, some of the boarded up stores are not secured and there is an unusual amount of people coming in and out of the closed stores. The 4 sided clock has been broken for 3+ years. Apparently the clock vendor is no longer in business but surely some other vendor could work on it? Shabby. 2) I think there is a disconnect between the town of Fairview, the "security" patrol and the owners of the property Lincoln. For example there was a seemingly mentally ill man in front of the Fairview town hall building who was smoking from a glass pipe and yelling at people and cars. We went into the town hall to ask them to contact the proper department. The person at the desk said that WE needed to call Lincoln the owners of the town center property!? The Fairview police department is in the town hall building!! We flagged down one of the golf cart riding security personnel who said that they didn't know who to contact?! We will just call 911 or the non emergency number in the future. This was an isolated incident and have not had any safety concerns of that nature since. 3) the curb cuts at the corners for wheelchair/pedestrian traffic are not lined up and force people to walk/roll in the street. To me it seems like poor planning, and/or poor inspections if there is a department for that in Fairview. Americans with disabilities (ADA) would not approve of how things are, in my opinion. 4) as of this month June 2023, 3 parking lots, a parking structure and the old community gardens "park" are being demolished for apartments maybe? Nothing is announced on the Fairview web site and no signage. There was a cryptic note in the Fairview magazine about some property or parcel zoning changes. This appears to be a huge project which will adversely affect noise and traffic for a year or more! We will know soon enough, but it would be nice to have some details. 5) it is already very noisy in the residential areas of Fairview Town Center. A noise ordinance is sorely needed. Every week on DIFFERENT days/times, 3-4 DIFFERENT lawn care companies mow, blow, and weed. Because of the proximity of the apts and hotel properties we all hear it. Yes we want the areas to look nice. Ideally one company or one day of the week and at a certain time of day. The hotel guests as well as residents who live along Murray Farm Rd do not appreciate the loud motorcycle(s) and cars who rev their engines. In spite of the above, we have not moved away yet. Everything may be great whenever new businesses open, the road construction and the unknown building construction is completed. Maybe.
