Wow! Very rude, unprofessional, insensitive Azza (Cashier/manager/whatever title people make up). From the moment she yelled "I can help whose next" I knew she would not be pleasant to work with. All because of a discrepancy over pricing. Azzaro immediately pulled the clearance tag from all my items to insure the pricing was correct. I had one item that was marked incorrectly. That's when she became loud and shorter with me. "Oh no that is not the price, that's like 100% discount ". She radios Melissa to check the price. Melissa finds the item is placed incorrectly and is discounted but not as the sticker says. I told Azza and Melissa "that's not my fault, as employees you need to be a better job. The price needs to be honored. Azzaro says "wait until Monday and come speak with the manager in mens. No one else in the store can help. And I will not honor the price. When things are markedwrong and customes ask for that price it wouldbe alot of changes and I am not goingtodo that." Through this whole situation Azza is raising her voice and speaking to me as if I am not valued customer. At not point did she ask for my Reward information or as about my shopping experience. Even at the end of this whole situation she continued to say nothing would be done. Shame on you Jcpenny for finding value in this employee and their customer service.

I ordered 4 curtain panels for pick up but only received 3. I didn't notice I was missing one panel until I got home. I've tried multiple times to phone the store but cannot reach anyone. Either no answer or my call is disconnected. Calling customer service is useless. They don't care and only refer you to the store. I'm completely exasperated. I assume I will have to go physically into the store to resolve the missing curtain panel. Beyond frustrated. To JC Penney - Here is my order number . 2024-0326-1589-3960. A response is appreciated although rather doubtful. No wonder they struggle to stay afloat.

They get a "0" for customer service in the fine jewelry department. They don't know the meaning of customer service. Maybe they have enough customers that they no longer care about taking care of potential ones. I recommend to go somewhere else. Now that I checked, they have 1 star reviews on customer service already.

Better watch your receipt..I was double billed and they refuse to remove the charges..be aware of the newer cashiers who do not understand how to ring up things properly...ive been fighting with them for months..ill never shop here again

I ordered so much jewelry in the last four months on JCPenney‘s great jewelry sells, and I am telling you each one came and it’s individual box with a red bow. Each one came all beautiful and shiny. Totally every single product was outstanding. Also, I had an engagement ring coming for myself that was supposed to be here by Christmas Eve, and UPS lost it, I notified UPS of course and then I notified Jacie pennies and they offered to replace my ring if it wasn’t found within two days, even though it wasn’t their fault, it was UPS’s. Thank God UPS Found my ring, and it was delivered today! Thank you JC pennies

I had a fantastic experience at JCPenney in Fairview, especially thanks to Amy. She was incredibly helpful and kind, guiding us through the purchase of a SodaStream and a towel warmer. Amy even went the extra mile by providing samples of fragrances for our families and friends. Her exceptional customer service made our shopping experience truly enjoyable.
