Super clean and every machine works and is kept constantly clean and wiped down.
Very spacious and cool too. Has free wifi, and Qi charging stations for your items (iPhone and iWatch)
If you forgot your soap and items for your laundry not to worry they are well stocked too.
The only item is that they share the same name with the WaveMAX on 14th st in Plano, they are not affiliated with one another so the wash cards are specific to location.”

“This Stephen's location had been my go-to for 10+ years when I previously lived in Plano, so when I moved back to the area in late 2021 it was a no-brainer for me to rekindle the relationship. They haven't missed a beat! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and my clothes are always ready on time as promised. “This is by far the best laundromat in plano. I gave 4 stars only because I came in to do laundry last week. Upon entering I said,"Goodmorning " to the young lady that worked there and got no response. Everyone that I have ever encountered at this establishment has always been kind and so attentive making sure my experience was great. Please do not tarnish your great establishment with someone who does not know customer relations. People should not work in a establishment that requires customer service if they don't like people. Attitudes should never be tolerated in the work place when a person represents the establishment.”

“I've been patronizing this location for years. However, I'm not sure if due to a change in management or employees, but the new lady at the counter does nothing more than intake. For example, I informed her that some metal button clasps on a shirt were damaged the last time they pressed it. She didn't know how to reply, and ultimately concluded she wouldn't fix it. Either way, I'd like to see the old management/employees back to retain the customer service it once had. Still, I give the location four stars solely due to the amazing HISTORY of customer service, but you really learn something about a business when something doesn't go as planned.
UPDATE: When going to pick up my dry cleaning, I met the owner who confirmed that the morning employee only does intake, so he asked me to bring the shirt pictured to him. When I did, he offered to fix it, so I've upgraded back to stars.
FYI: The owner is typically there after 3pm.”

“It only took an hour total to wash and dry. Washed three small blankets and one large blanket and spent $7 total. They only accept quarters but they do have a change machine, so bring cash.They have about 5 carts out for people to use which go quickly. The machines were clean and all were operational. The facility is relatively clean but it was pretty warm and they don’t have a lot of seating away from the door/windows which made waiting inside unpleasant during warmer months.All washers have cold, warm, and hot water and it doesn’t cost extra unlike other laundromats. The dryers all offer low, medium, and high cycles.Updated pricing as of May 2024: Washer cycles are $2, $3.35, $4.50, or $5.75 depending on the size of the washer you choose. Dryers are $1.25 or $1.75 depending on if you use the 3-load or 5-load dryer.”

“My daughter is a Cadet in Wylie High AFJROTC program and was given Payless Cleaners as the place to go. I dropped off her uniform on purpose and some of my clothing as a convenience. PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I have not returned to my previous cleaners because Payless makes you feel valued as a customer and my clothes are taken cared of as well. “If you want crisp dress shirts or wrinkle free pants with no feeling of chemical residues, I recommend to check this place out. Staffs are kind and attentive. It's funny the owner's name is not Charlie's and none of staffs gives me a clear answer, but who cares as far as they clean up your clothes without messing them? I believe it would go this place for my laundries for a while.”
“I recently came in to get clothes dry cleaned that I needed for a trip. The turn around was fast and the clothes were very well pressed! I’m very impressed with this cleaners! They have a drive thru and they give you a laundry bag with your name on it to make the drop off process easier! Kelly was very sweet and was able to tell me the difference between laundry and dry clean! I will definitely be coming back!”
“My family has had Star Cleaners handle our dry cleaning for years. They've always done amazing, professional timely work served up with extraordinarily friendly customer services. They kept at this level of quality in service even as the Covid cutbacks in business cut back their business. I can always count on a warm and friendly hello, help to and from the car, and a warm and friendly discussion while they collect a return our clothes. Recently, they taught off these years of great service with the deed of great generosity. Our family has been helping an elderly disabled neighbor without family who has struggled since his wife died a few years ago. Cleaning his home in anticipation of his discharge from hospitalization, we discovered several closets full of dirty laundry apparently accumulated since his wife died. Apparently his physical limitations prevented him from addressing the laundry and it just built up. The resulting more than two truckloads of laundry was overwhelming.I'm sure where to go for a solution, I contacted my friends at Star Cleaners. I was overwhelmed by the response. Not only do they have a great laundry service, they charitably arranged a substantial discount that I can only hope is breakeven for the services. Certainly the service wasn't reduced in anyway. The laundry had been sitting for a long while, contained some dirt that many cleaners would be reluctant to handle, and in many cases required extra treatment and care to remove stains, mildew, and other issues. Despite these challenges, the Star Cleaner family provide Cadillac service salvaging virtually all of the linens, dry cleaning, clothes, and other laundry with the same meticulous care and detail as one would expect for much valued antique wedding dress or a priceless designer gown.If you or your family need dry cleaning or laundry for your every day needs or for some special item, I encourage you to check out Star Cleaners. Their prices are affordable but their service and quality are off the charts.”

“They were very accommodating! I live on the 2nd flight of stairs and I had 7 bags of laundry and brought each one up and back they were done. I appreciated this so much, the person that brought my clothes and picked them up was so kind, I tipped as well, so don’t forget to tip lol. Clothes were folded, organized and cleaned well. I will definitely use their services again.”
