“This place is amazing! I haven’t been to a laundromat in over 30 years! Things have changed! Extra clean and once you understand how things work is really easy. Brenda was great help and didn’t kick me out after I accidentally spilled tea all over the floor! Highly recommended!”
“Has a designated dog machine area!!!! ♡♡♡ I'm always afraid to ask if I can wash my dog beds. The attendant was extremely kind. She was busting ass cleaning and helping people. The machines were reasonably priced and you could pay coins or by phone. The place was spotless, and the restrooms were in amazing condition. Massage chairs, vending machines, coin machine, laundry items for sale. Please come support this company. Skip out on all the other locations this one has by far exceeded my expectations.”
“Excellent service every time! When there’s been an issue, it was resolved courteously and promptly. Appreciate the quick turnaround. We’ve been using them every two weeks for about 10 years.”
“Staff here is always friendly. The service is prompt and every time I've had something cleaned it has come back in exactly the way I wanted it.
I don't know what else you could expect from a dry cleaner. I will continue to return here.”
“Great cleaners! Reasonably priced. Got 11 nice garments dry cleaned for just over $100. I was able to pick up the next day too!!! Will definitely be coming back here!”
“My experiences with associates and services from Comet Cleaners on McDermott have been excellent. Each comforter, blanket and piece of clothing has been returned to me in spotless and undamaged condition, when promised if not before, and at very reasonable prices. Associates are friendly, accurate, and offer assistance upon order pickup. I’m so pleased that my family member recommended Comet to me several years ago.”
“I love it here. Brenda keeps this place spotless, clean, smelling great, and sanitized. The best laundry facility I've ever seen or been to and Brenda takes great pride in maintaining the business. Thanks BRENDA!!”
“Great neighborhood dry cleaning. Always done right and on time. My brother starting going here years ago; I've shopped around Plano and this team does it well.”
“I brought a formal dress in that a lot of staining all over and it was cleaned within 1 day and looked brand new! I couldn’t believe it! I was worried about the feathers getting damaged but they are in perfect condition! Would highly recommend this place for all your dry cleaning needs especially gowns and delicate items! The staff was very sweet and responsive and carried my dress to my car for me! 10/10 reccomend!”
“I wanted to leave a late review for the excellent service I received at Stacy cleaners.Ms Jen provided exceptional customer service she was friendly professional and explained everything regarding my order very thoroughly her attention to detail and clear communication made my experience fantastic.Highly Recommend!”
“Very friendly and helpful staff! I work for The Common table and Emilio is amazing! He helped me mop up a water leak which is not something expected of him! Great Customer service.”
“Experience wasn't bad....was convenient about cost effective. I only used the washer.
I hate to be negative but as I was talking my items out the washer I saw a roach 🪳 crawling on the washer next to mine.
I probably should have said something to the worker but I was so grossed out I left hurriedly.
If they exterminate, I would return and recommend this place. I”

“SB cleaners has been amazing.
Gabino, the manager, always greets you with a smile and is eager to help. He makes sure you are taken care of and your items are ready for you. We have been back a few times and now have a go to dry cleaners! If you have any questions, make sure to ask him and he will take care of you.”
“Great cleaners. Always prompt. 1 day service if you get your clothes in before 9AM. They have also done my alterations. They did very well. Would highly recommend.”
“Comet cleaners on Coit always have the nicest people working. There’s a recent review calling out an employee named Hannah. She has always been very kind and professional and friendly. Someone must be extremely insecure thinking that seeing people laughing inside a building would be directed towards them. It seems as if you formed your opinion before you even stepped foot in the store.”
“This dry cleaning store is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and outstanding customer service. The place is spotless, organized, and gives you instant confidence that your clothes are in the best hands.
A special shoutout to the gentleman who assisted me he went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Not only did he handle my items with such care, but he also took the time to explain their process and made sure I felt completely at ease. When I picked up my clothes, they looked brand new crisp, fresh, and perfectly pressed.
It’s rare to find service this genuine and dedicated these days. Huge appreciation to him for making the whole experience seamless and pleasant – I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to everyone!”
“I had a great experience with Q Cleaners. The staff was friendly and professional, and they handled my clothes carefully. The cleaning quality was good, and I was happy with the overall service. Their alteration and laundry services are also convenient. I would definitely consider coming back for future cleaning needs.”

“If you want crisp dress shirts or wrinkle free pants with no feeling of chemical residues, I recommend to check this place out. Staffs are kind and attentive. It's funny the owner's name is not Charlie's and none of staffs gives me a clear answer, but who cares as far as they clean up your clothes without messing them? I believe it would go this place for my laundries for a while.”

“I am a massage therapist who just moved to Plano and needed a laundry service for my sheets. Alejandra was kind and did an amazing job for me. I greatly appreciate how she folded and packed my sheets. Reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be a weekly regular. Thank you so much!”
“There was a mix up with my order, but the owner personally reached out to rectify the situation with the upmost concern and respect. Will be coming back, as they did a phenomenal job with stain removal!”
“I met the new owner, Mike, and he is a very nice guy. My house burned down December 14th and I lost everything and moved onto a friend's property locally, her washer and dryer were having issues so we needed to go to the laundromat for a few months until the repairman could figure out what was wrong with her dryer. Everyone is very friendly and kind to me when I come in there. I like going to the laundromat to get all my laundry done at once. They have extra laundry pods and dryer sheets if you forget yours at home that you can buy, and have a pick up and deliver service too for wash/dry/fold that I may have to take advantage of sometime. There is also a cute Vietnamese coffee shop next door now that my friend and I love to sit and have coffee while we wait for our loads to wash / dry.
*The laundromat is kinda hidden at the back there so it's hard to see it back there but it is by the post office.”

“Diamond Cleaners has been our family’s dry cleaner exclusively for almost 25 years. We’ve had the best service and quality care - never an issue, not one!!! Super fast, efficient, friendly,, and clothes always come out perfect! That said, I can’t speak to price - we spend a good chunk on our clothing so I’ve never thought about shopping around. If you’re looking for a professional cleaner’s in the area you won’t be disappointed!”
