I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional professionalism, outstanding customer service, and unparalleled expertise I experienced at this Mac location, courtesy of the incredibly talented makeup artist, Malak. Working with Malak was an absolute delight, as she masterfully transformed my look, attentively listened to my concerns, and provided innovative solutions. Despite the bustling atmosphere that Mac Cosmetics is known for, Malak remained unfazed, delivering personalized care to me and her other clients with effortless ease. Although she was managing multiple customers on her own, Malak never made me feel like just another number; instead, she exuded patience, warmth, and a genuine willingness to assist everyone who walked through the door. Her remarkable dedication to excellence and passion for her craft not only brightened my day but also inspired me to share my extraordinary experience with others, as exceptional service like Malak's deserves to be celebrated and recognized.

To whom it may concern! To the one who came up with the 1 MM -tip browpencil, needs to go back to the drawing board. People out here spending their hard earned money ,$25 a pop for the brow pencil and it continues to break Tip by tip ,piece by piece. Please fix that and refund me my hundred dollars.
I have a Mac customers for years and this was the worst product ever!!!

I wanted a fresh look for my eyes. Using my MAC eye shadows I already had, Erica helped me create a great look for my eyes. She was so patient, showing me how and where to apply the shadow colors. I would highly recommend this location!
