The sales associates in this location are rude.I went in for a return of item that had tag on it and I was told they will not accept returns next time

I went into the Fairview TX location today to purchase a set of sheets I had found online and it was available at my location. When I went to check out I was told the price was online only and I was surprised and didn’t realize that was even a thing . One price online one price I store so I made the comment wow they should not make it so difficult to purchase with the way the economy is and the lady bagging said I a very rude tone that JCp was doing just fine and I said well that’s not what I’ve heard and she continued to yell as I was dealing off don’t believe everything you hear
She didn’t try to explain the process and I told her I wasn’t upset with her just the situation
Nothing against her but she continued to escalate the interaction and i just walked away
I have never been treated this rudely
The lady in online pick up explained how it works and I placed my online order around 3 pm and was told that I could pick it up July 2
It just was not an experience I ever expected

Won't be buying online again without closely reading completely. Shows pictures of curtains and valances for kitchen but you don't get complete set even when packages came photo shows tiers and valance. No where does it show valances for window separate except in fine tiny print on packages. Then when I looked to order more now it's an added on delivery fee of 8.99 because its not $50. But I spent 70+$ on curtains. Makes them to expensive for me. You have to type in valance even with discount it's not worth it. Also black out curtains are not black out.

Online pickup is a joke at this location. You'll sit out there all alone with no other pickups, the app will tell you delays are due to high demand, you'll call the store and can't reach anyone, and ultimately walk inside to find no customers being helped, one worker on the phone, and two workers just standing behind the counter chit chatting, like they were flirting with each other. Yeah I'm pissed I wasted my time, and my wife's, giving curbside pickup a chance. The work ethic these days is pathetic. I expected more from JCP, especially since it was very slow.

Cute stuff and reasonable prices. However why is so hot all the time?? Seriously they never turn on the air and limits how long we can stand shopping. Plus the lines always take forever no matter if there's 1 or 9 people in line.

Messy, no aesthetics at all such a poor layout. Just endless stacks of tables and stuff, carpet is stained, poor bathrooms, Starbucks is the only thing that looks nice

I’m a driver, and for the first time in my life I encountered unscrupulous staff here at the reception of cargo, it feels like some zombies without brains are working here, they just needed to unlock the trailer and remove the lock, no one knows anything. this, this is terrible
