Horrible customer service! I went in to purchase some summer items for my grandson. When I got to the register to check out; there were 3 ladies behind the counter but only one person was running a register. When she finished checking the customer ahead of me out, she looked at me and walked away. After a few minutes she comes back; looks at the line and says she’ll be with me in a couple of minutes. I finally get to the check out and now the other 2 ladies have opened their register. My cashier proceeds to check me out. Once I see the total I questioned if the discounts had been adjusted. The attitude gets worse. She advised that the price shown is the price. After the attitude I asked for a manager; who happened to one of the cashier running a register. The manager lets me know yeah; I hear it. Comes over and and tells me that the other cashier is just Go go go. I explained that customer service comes first. She then takes the badge with the clothes and dumps them on the counter. The other cashier is smirking and the other walks off! I’m not one to just call out racial profiling but this day I believe it was just that. I was the only black personal in the store with 3 Hispanics at the register and 2 Hispanics waiting to be helped.
I was so distraught that I had to apologize to my grandson for the incident of allowing someone to take me out of character. Nevertheless the less; Old Navy will never have to worry about me again

Strange store layout and even stranger employees. Clueless employee almost barreled into me with his cart — not paying attention. He just looked at me and kept trudging forward. Sooooo strange. Mens section was devoid of anything worth buying.

This is a ok Old Navy. The staff is standard and they have just. Little less than the average old navy when it comes to size and color selection. It’s never busy but the line always takes a while.

I told someone we did not receive our entire bag of goods although we had spent $1000. We had a dress missing from the package. I called the store and they said that they would call me back and let me know what happened to it but never did and still haven’t after days waiting

I only shop online due to the long lines. It's at least a 30 min wait to checkout. Today I had to make a return and the line was so long. I'll have to go during the work week. Please consider having a returns only lane.
