They treat their employees horrible. This is the 3rd time i’ve come to this location and the store was SO HOT I was sweating but today was THE WORST. I feel so bad for the employees they all look miserable and hot working there. I can’t believe they are making their employees work in the Texas heat with NO working AC?!?! I’m surprised they even have people who want to work in that sauna store. don’t come here unless you wanna sweat your A S S off. also the store being so small and crammed definitely doesn’t make the heat any better.

They have EVERYTHING! Found my #21 Robertson Dallas Stars sweater that I'd been searching everywhere for but only found Benn or Seguin or just generic team jersey. Not a bad price either considering I thought I would surely have to order it and wait for it to be made and sent. But there it was hanging up, all sizes and probably had the whole Stars roster but only interested in Robertson (which is my last name AND I wore green #21 in junior high football so I had to have it. Love this place.

The store staff was eager to help when I needed help. I asked one lady working if she could leaned a hand getting an item down from the upper rack, before I knew it there was another employee that asked for help. Manager said he couldn't provide boxes to a paying customer but the sweet young lady ignored the manager and realized paying customers are worth a lot more than the box is worth, so she threw in the box to go along with the expensive items. Thanks for the nice girl behind the register for giving me a box to earn the store a 5 star rating.

This Rally House always have the stuff I’m looking for when others don’t, service is always awesome with being welcomed in as I walk in as first thing and offering help in advance if I need anything down from top stock that’s out of reach. As well they even ask “if there’s something specific you want or can’t find here, we could always order it for you and get it delivered to your door or our store then we’ll contact you when it’s in. Mr. Justin store manager I think you SHOULD give your employees a great raise for being awesome and welcoming every customer that comes in and offers help in advance for anything. Keep up the great work guys and keep welcoming back the customers as they walk out the store.

Unfortunately I would say I was much friendlier than 2 out of 3 employees I interacted with.Had to be a bother because I couldn’t reach high hanging shirts so that’s why I had help.A young new girl there was the nicest and helpful!It’s not cheap but they have a great collection to choose from! I could have just been sensitive that day, but I’ll probably choose the Plano location next time.

Great inventory of products for many of the regional schools and national brands. Four stars, however, for not having any Texas Tech jerseys while having some other school's jerseys.I'm guessing they were sold out. Wreck'Em Tech... get your guns up!
