Nate at Point Skate built my son a board of his own, making sure it was the perfect fit for him. My son loved his first private lesson and can’t wait to go back for the second one. Nate was patient, kind and gave great pointers.

This place is an absolute gem. Was just passing by and looked in the window to see a skatepark. I came in, and Jeremy was extremely friendly and kind. We chatted for awhile; really cool guy.I haven't been on a skateboard in over a decade, but I am happy to say I was still able to drop in! Definitely come check this place out

I'm sure they are just fine as a store. I reached out to try and schedule some lessons. They told me to email a guy named Sam but I never heard back from anyone.

I take my daughter here for private lessons and it’s just great. The instructor is very helpful and patient and obviously knows what he’s talking about. The shop is very helpful and kind when needing help to update your board. I knew nothing about skateboarding and they were very knowledgeable in helping me determine what was best for my daughter’s board.

Sadly, they have more room taken up by Nikes that no one is buying than skater owned Skateboard brands. The bowl is really cool and they offer lessons and camps that are amazing.

We had a great experience here! We travel for work and our son buys a board where ever we go. As soon as we walked In Sebastian took a great interest in talking to and getting to know our son. He helped him pick out a board and build it for him. We have been to many skate shops and normally we are just a customer but Sebastian made our son feel like a of the skate culture he loves. He gave him a very encouraging talk about sticking with the things he is passionate about!We went back a few days later and other employees were just as friendly and welcoming to him.This isn’t just a skate shop!! It was a really cool part of the community that welcomed us!We will be back for sure next year!

First off, I know nothing about skateboards. But my daughter has been wanting one for a while now. And these guys were awesome! They explained everything to us and ended up building one for her right there. Excellent customer service and fair pricing. My daughter loves her board!

dude at the front hit me up w a gorgeous passport deck, gripped it for free. BBS woodshop deck, deck+grip came to just $50. pretty cool.

Tried to call and nobody answered. Took a chance and drove to the store. They were nice and found some pads and helmet for my kid in the back. They gave us stickers and were very friendly. My kids liked the shop.

A special thank you to Jeremy! Visited the shop with my grandson to have some repair work done on his skateboard and Jeremy worked over 20 minutes doing the repair. After he completed the work, I asked what I owed. Jeremy said since it didn't require additional parts, there would be no charge. I was very appreciative of his work, thanked him, and gave him a tip for the professional service he performed. Have never had a reason to visit a skateboard shop before, but if I ever need one again, I'm definitely going back to the Point Skate Shop in Fairview. Highly recommend them for their friendly customer service and professionalism.
