Falcon State Park is a clean, beautiful, and very well-maintained park offering tranquility and peace. It has plenty of camping, land, and buildings, with a cute butterfly park and a gorgeous beach. There are good walks and plenty of trails, though not many, and a place to fish. The lake water is very low, limiting boat ramp access primarily to lighter weight boats, but swimming and boating are possible. The park provides a clean cabin, restrooms, and a bathhouse, along with a club house for borrowing books. The staff is friendly, helpful, courteous, and respectful.

It's really fun to take your kids and cookout then take a dip in the water and catch an amazing sunset,its super convenient because you can rent an air conditioned cabin for around 40 bucks

The park is quite nice for the day or extended stays. Great for fishing and outdoor activites
