Best place in Falfurrias. Rooms were so clean I was surprised. Only thing the pool was not clean. It was a bummer being how it was a hot beautiful day for a swim. Other then that I will return again when visiting from San Antonio.

The room smelled like dog when we first came in. It went away after turning on the AC and letting the air cycle. Clean bed and shower. Overall, good place to stay.
