This is the worst 7-11 in the area. There customer service is horrible. Twice now they have accused me of stealling and i havent even touched anything. Instead of going to review the tape the stopped me in the store and was very unprofessional. I let them look in my bag to see that I didnt have any priducts in my possession, and told them to go review the tape. It was straight up harassment. Im a clean cut white lady tĥat doesnt give off a theif vibe. I could understand if i had the look of a street person or hooligan, but I do not. The employees at rhis location dhould all be fired and sued for wrongfully implying that their customers are theifs. They runnoff more people by their rude behavior then they do by welcoming all of there customers.If you can avoid going to this location, I would!! They should be shut down and te opened with new employees,.i would pay for them to be sued for harrassment if I had the money. Never have I been so embarrest in my life.Below I posted a picture of what I looked like when i wenr into the store. Does that picture scream theif to anyone?

Everything is expensive they charge $.50 more on everything and the gas price is high. Make sure if you go somewhere else you will save couple dollars.

I suggest you only pay with cash if you're going inside the store. They'll tell you your card was declined, but can't produce a receipt or show you. So when you show the the transaction cleared in your back account, they'll tell you that it's only pending. When you show the it has been posted, they will tell you itS the banks fault. I wonder whos keeping all this money bc you read about it all the time at thiS one store.

I used to come to this location all the time until they charged me for a pack of cigarettes, told me it was declined,I showed them the charge went through on my bank account, they refused to give me a receipt and refused to give me the pack of cigarettes. The charge went from pending to posted and when I showed them, they claimed they don't show iron their system and is blamig the bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE

Extremely rude and unprofessional. There was a sale on green juice 2 for $5. The woman made up a price off the top of her head, because it was ringing up free. She was incredibly rude and argumentative. Those juices will go to waste, but she insisted on not honoring the price as advertised. DONT SHOP HERE. They have no respect or value for their customers and need a lesson in customer service. I said it wasn't my problem they weren't ringing properly, but she should sell them as advertised. She rudely snatched the drinks away. I'll never return. Because people come here for convenience they don't care; but the reviews say it all. BAD.

Im normally not one to complain about a free restroom, but this one was pretty bad. There was a smear of feces on the wall near the toilet, no soap, paper towels, or even hand sanitizer in the restroom. Makes me wonder how the employees are washing their hands before handling food.

Very rude attendant! I was 2nd person in line, one cashier doing nothing. I asked for $20 on 3, he took the bill and looked around and he said 3? I said he 3 and since I was wearing a mask and thought maybe he couldn't hear me I should him 3 with my fingers. He snapped and said " I heard you". I waited for my receipt and walked out. I waited for at least 2 minutes before he turned the pump on and he only did so when I started to walk back in the building. There was no one else in the store after I walked out. SMH!!!

I only really go there for fuel and I've never had a problem. It would be nice if the employees spoke English though.
