The best vet I have found in Dallas when it comes to prices and care. Dr Denise is great. The staff at the front desk is also very kind and went out of their way to make my dog comfortable there. I had to wait three days to get in but there is a reason this place stays booked.

some of the reviews on here really scared me, but i came here after my partner's recommendation. my dog had a tumor on his eyelid that needed to be removed. he had to go under for surgery to have it removed 2 weeks ago. other than a small healing spot on his eyelid he is basically good as new now. the procedure was affordable. our first visit with dr. denise was fantastic. I don't think i've ever had a vet spend as much time and be attentive as she was. she mentioned retiring, I sure hope she doesn't she was awesome. dr murray performed the surgery and did a fantastic job as well. we had to come back a week later because he was having some discharge and dr ervin got him turned right back around literally within 24 hours his eye improved and today he's basically good as new. I switched from midway animal clinic and the difference was night and day! whenever I had an appt there I could expect to wait around for 15 minutes. they were extremely disorganized. I honestly felt a 2 time visit was stretched out for over a year and a half to get more $ out of me. not here! i only had an appt then surgery and then fixed. that's what we come in for, to get it fixed and move on with our lives.

My dog was 14 years old and had a stroke. The lady dr. There looked at her, did some tests and said she was fine, to take her back home. My dog didn't know who I was and wouldn't quit whimpering and screeching. When dr. Miller was there, this place was good. They are not now and should be shut down. They are irresponsible in their care and I was insanely furious that a 14 yr old dog was released back to me and said she would be "fine". I had a second place to go to and they confirmed she had a stroke. And after 5 hours and sedation the poor baby still was whimpering and screeching. We had to put her down. Worst day of my life. And these IRRESPONSIBLE IDIOTS released her to me to take her home. If u love your pet, no matter if its cheaper here, do NOT trust these morons. This place was wonderful before but dr. Miller retired. They are unworthy of taking care of any pet.

Dr Denise is simply fantastic and patient, especially when it comes to dealing with my neurotic 90 lb. So much so that I followed her from my previous clinic where she was at temporarily. It's been very difficult for me to find a vet who listens to me in regards to my dog's anxiety (particularly when it comes to trips to the vet) and Dr Denise has always reinforced that I know my pet best and what works and doesn't work for the sake of his comfort. Add in the crazy the was Covid and pet parents not being able to go inside the clinic, and Dr Denise and her team had a plan in place to ensure my dog would be comfortable going in without me (given he was a little sedated but it put my mind at ease.) Pricing is beyond reasonable and the vet tech was super sweet in our face to face interactions. Any pet parent would be blessed to have Dr Denise as their primary DVM.

I'm having to make crucial decisions and possibly end of life decisions for my pet. The vet suggested for me to bring my pet in by telling the receptionist that it was suggested by the vet and that it was urgent. The receptionist refused to schedule a time because she stated that they were fully booked. Then magically after I called back, they suggested for me to drop my pet off and they'd squeeze diagnostics in between someone else's appointment. I took my pet to an Emergency Animal Hospital to avoid having to inconvenience anyone and this was a legitimate emergency. The diagnostics were so expensive that a treatment plan was not in the budget, so I was told to follow-up with my veterinarian. When I did, the receptionist was rude and could only schedule an appointment that was two weeks away and without asking why the appointment was being scheduled. If you have a pet with a chronic condition and/or is geriatric, then avoid this place. The pricing is affordable but I feel like patient care isn't a priority. I think they are always full and that worries me for when situations happen and you need a short notice appointment. They do have walk-ins on Saturdays but time is of the essence for concerns.

The rudest receptionists you will ever talk to. When you call to make an appointment they put you on hold for five minutes you are waiting then it goes to voicemail. You never receive a phone call back or they will pick up and and end the call immediately. Before they moved into the new building they all were kind compassionate to the guests and animals. Now since they have moved it just seems like they are aiming for money than the care of the animals. I recommend to go find a vet who cares for his animals and guests. It is very unfortunate.

I honestly I'm extremely dissatisfied with this clinic. I have been going here for like 10 years and they used to be walk in only which was much faster. But I think as they got bigger and had more patients they couldn't keep up. Every time I come here, even though I make an appointment, I'm never even checked in until at least 30 minutes after my scheduled time. And I'm Never here for less than 1.5 hours and have been here for as long as 3 HOURS for simple things. They're just very unorganized, and I understand they have a lot of pets, but don't take on more than you can handle. I should be able to make an appointment and be seen within no more than 10 minutes of my appointment time. Otherwise why even offer appointment times? Ans worst of all, they don't let me come in with my pet I get that it's because of COVID but other vet places let their people come in with their pets. My dog is old and it means a lot to me to be able to come in with her. This is unfortunate because they're affordable, super sweet, patient, and great with my pet, but I shouldn't need to take off an entire day just for a general check up, that's ridiculous. Will likely be finding another vet.

I've previously had terrible experiences with this vet place. I set up an appointment and had it confirmed and it was originally scheduled for a month after that day. I confirmed the day before just to be notified they had no appointment for my guinea pig nor had they had ANY information on my pet. I then scheduled another appointment which took another month. I waited two months to get my guinea pig neautered when in reality i set up my appointment way before. The customer service is terrible but this is the only location in my area doing affordable neuters. I called everyday, for the span of three days multiple times to set up another neuter and each time it was voicemail. I'm litteraly just trying to get my guinea pig neutered, it shouldn't be this difficult. My dog goes to another vet which I never have problems with but they don't specialize in guinea pigs.

Made an appointment for 2:00. Checked in at 1:56 and called to make sure we were on the list. STILL no call back. Left and I'll find a vet that actually cares. Worst service.

Had an appointment for 12:30 showed up at 12:20 and called to check in per their instructions. Waited in the parking lot for an hour and a half and nothing. Tried calling several times and no one answered. Absolutely unprofessional and extremely disorganized. They finally called me back close to 2pm to tell me he was ready to be seen... once we were home. Now I have to find another vet and get an appointment... Thank you for making my dog suffer longer and wasting my time and causing me to work late. Don’t even waste your time at this place. Saw their replies on similar reviews from over a month ago blaming this on COVID and saying they would fix it. Obviously nothing to do with COVID and nothing has been done to fix it. They are over booking appointments and making promises they can’t keep. Run run RUN.

Not sure why they even make appointments. Made an appt for 12:30. Arrived at 12:20. Called and checked in per instructions and an hour later I'm still waiting. I have watched 4 other people pull in, be seen and leave. They were either late or early for their appointments. Make them wait not me. Call and it goes to voicemail. Completely disorganized. Tried to get my baby in on my lunch break and couldn't wait anymore. Have to find another vet. Thanks for making my dog suffer another day and wasting both of our time.

So disappointed in this clinic. My cat needed xrays and blood work due to him spraining his paw over the weekend. I called AHEAD of time to schedule an appt. The receptionist was super nice and helpful and I made her well aware of the situation advising her my cat will need to be sedated and she said no problem the dr will make the choice of which sedation to use at the time of the visit. I took time off of work to take my cat and once I get there the tech was super nice and helpful as well, and advised her as well that my cat needed to be sedated, no issue there. I then get a call 5 minutes later and it's the dr. She said there was no way that she could sedate my cat and I would have to schedule a sedation appt but then proceeded to advise me that they're not even doing sedation due to covid and being short handed and stated I should take him somewhere else. Very disappointed as I drove 30 min and took the day off work. I just got the feeling the dr did not want to help. Will never come here again.

The clinic staff are SO helpful and responsive! I called the day before and was able to get in first thing in the morning! The staff is managing through this pandemic as best they can and the vet actually calls you to discuss your pet! They have touch-less payment process and the prices are well below any other vet in the metroplex! Frankie and Scarlet will be back!
