We've been coming here with pets for over 14 years. It's always been the best prices we can find, with kind and knowledgeable staff. No frills. No nonsense. But awesome people. When our dog died last year, the vet who helped us was beyond amazing and compassionate. I drive almost 30 minutes to see them, and it's worth it.

I've been seeing Dr. Pratt and my pup is 7 years old now. She's so calm and informative. The nurses and staff are always super kind. My pup got loose sniffing the lobby and all hands jumped in! I'll keep going back

Unfortunately this was the worst vet office experience I’ve ever had. I felt like the doctor didn’t listen to me whatsoever about the history of what had been happening with my dog. I feel like my concerns were dismissed and not considered when diagnosing my dog. I have little confidence in what was prescribed for my dog given the lack of attention to all the factors of her illness. We’ll see how her treatment goes, but I would not suggest this office (or possibly just the doctor I saw- which I don’t even know her name because she didn’t introduce herself) to anyone. The front desk and vet tech were kind and welcoming.

Called in and worked a test plan with a doctor and upon appointment, the tech comes out with over $100 worthy of extra tests and would not honor what the doctor has agreed too.
Bait and switched, I am very unhappy

On July 29th I took my cat Morgan, I really appreciate the way we were both treated.
Dr Ponsford and his tech showed real interest and compassion towards Morgan and myself!!!!
