Everything almost went great, but it was still a 8 out of 10. Went to get two iPhone 15 plus's, but since the trade in wasn't in good condition and we were still paying it off we couldn't get the second one. We thought there was an option where we could've just added the remaining balance of what we owed from our old iPhone towards the new one but we couldn't. Overall the manager did tell us the best option so it wasn't a bad visit, just an unexpected outcome. Still 8 out of 10 because of the manager, fast service, and everything else.

ATT and their Supervisors Nestor and Jose Suck!! ATT gave me wrong dates twice and now I can't have services for 4 business days. They don't care about work from home people or their families

The Custumer service here sucks I came here to pay my phone bill and I was told to wait bc they can only take cash in one of the registers so I sat down and waited while two other females were being "helped" but the sales associate (Jose ) he kept flirting with them ... mind you i could hear the whole conversation and how he was telling them he drives a blue camaro and a BMW motorcycle he even said he has good credit score and didn't have to put much of a down payment... and rarely did they ever spoke about phones or services or anything like that so after 40 minutes of hearing them haha and hehe and waiting I left .... I did not mind waiting I understand everyone has a turn and they were there before me but I was highly upset at the fact that he was not being professional. Do better !

if i could i would add zero stars. i was called a “karen” here by JACOB, who happens to be extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. the other person was helping me out and jacob decided to butt in and show unprofessionalism.

Daniel is in no place to be a manager. told me he would hold the new iphone and that i would be fine, took an uber to get here and he didn't even add me on the list. walked out and he didn't even say or question why i left. awful customer service
