I recently had my car repaired after a hailstorm, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Mr. Ricky made the process smooth and professional. Mr. Ricky & his team assessed the damage thoroughly, worked directly with my insurance company, and kept me updated throughout the repair.
My car had numerous dents across the hood, roof, and trunk, but after the paintless dent repair (PDR), it looks brand new—like the hail never happened.
Turnaround time was faster than expected, and the customer service was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about what to expect. I highly recommend Mr. Ricky he was very communicative & really took the stress out of the situation.

I love that they made my car look nice and that they did provide a car while I was waiting. It took a lot of back and forth for them to give me a car big enough for my family to fit into. I can only assume the loaner was a salvage vehicle, as it had many problems that I was willing to overlook because it was a free loaner. I received it on an empty gas tank and returned it the same way, I had to wait longer than promised for my car to be ready, I received barely any updates, and after it was finished, I was informed I did owe some money. This was fine, but the GM was tacking on a $40 fee to pay via a square link after the employee was very insistent I pay him directly. I have had a lot going on and I told him I’m not comfortable with paying directly and to send me a new link. He had the GM resend the same link with the fee and I reminded him I’m not paying such a ridiculous fee. This man hounded me to pay the remainder after I had repeatedly explained I just started a new job and wouldn’t be paid for a month and he said that it would be no problem. I was fully prepared to recommend this company until all of this harassment over the payment and “going to bat” for me to have the $40 unexplained and unjustified charge to pay over a link removed. I am vastly unsatisfied with the customer service received and had to repeat myself so many times it was ridiculous. The car itself looks wonderful so if you want to do it, they are good at the actual job.
Pros: good at hail repair, they come to you, no charge for loaner, they pay up to $1k deductible, vacuum your car and wash it
Cons: they make you sign the insurance check directly to them, loaner is not reliable, customer service is lacking, sharks for payment, may come back with marks on your vehicle, unnecessary fees, try to stick you with a loaner vehicle that is not comparable to yours, they don’t check their notes so they ask you the same things repeatedly and insist you’re receiving VIP service

These guys did a fantastic job. My F-250 had $16k worth of hail damage and they made my truck look brand new in just a little over one week. I paid nothing out of pocket, and they provided a free rental car the entire time they were working on my truck. Adam handled my claim from beginning to end and was extremely easy to work. He diligently communicated with me throughout the entire process. Couldn’t be happier with my experience

They are very professional and so amazing work ! The owner Mr. Ricky is just awesome! I can’t say enough about this company and recommend them for any auto body repair needed. My truck looks like it did when I bought it and pulled off the lot! No signs at all of any hail damage!
