Some of our furniture was missing and the driver claimed it was delivered. It was large pieces, so it would be hard to miss if it was here. Probably would not use them again.
Jim and the crew that loaded the truck were very thorough and pleasant. It was delivery that was unpleasant.

The company was easy to communicate with leading up to the move. Our driver Peter was awesome leading the loading and unloading. We were able to move up our delivery by a week as well which worked out great.

I have done 4 cross country moves in my life, but this by far was the easiest. The representative was very open and honest about what to expect and pricing from the beginning.
The 2 days before the move the driver contacted me to make an appointment to walk the home. He helped organize some boxes to pack more efficiently. He also set expectations for move day consistent with the representative. On move day the driver and two other gentleman arrived and within 3 hrs had my 2100 sqft house, including garage and shed loaded. The driver gave me his expected arrival and unload date and time.
On unload day again everyone arrived and very quickly unloaded my house into a storage facility in the pouring rain. They never stopped or complained.
I dont often give glowing reviews but I would never use any other service start to finish I got everything I hoped for at a fair price.

Things were broken upon arrival but since I packed them they would do anything about it. I was out of town while things were loaded but had a friend there she reported the movers were very polite. Also sales person jim told me my stuff was full of fleas the packers reported that so I asked about it they said no. I've not seen 1 flea since in packing my stuff.
Would I use them again hell no. Have I told my friend yes.

Thanks to Jeff and the entire team at Beltmann moving. Every step of the way, they were totally professional. I could not have had a better experience with a moving company. They even had to work around the hurricane to deliver to our new home but they handled it beautifully.

Great experience. North American / Beltmann sent their ‘A’ Team. We packed they loaded. They met the set pickup and delivery schedule - always checking in with us. No breakage and no missing boxes. Great group of people!! Thanks to Todd, Alejandra and the super crew!

This was a really Great moving experience! Jeff from Beltman was super helpful, coordinated everything with me, and I paid the price I was quoted originally. He also helped me at the last minute when I wanted to add on unpacking services. My driver Junior met me at the origin and destination and was friendly and helpful. He did everything with a smile and went above and beyond just like Jeff. Thank you guys!

We had an outstanding experience with our relocation from Dallas to Tucson. Todd was very informative during the estimate in our home and provided an estimate on the spot! The crew that packed our house was efficient and friendly and did a great job. Beltmann stored our furniture until we were ready for delivery at our new home in Tucson. Joe, the delivery driver and his crew were exceptional. They unloaded and set up our furniture in only two hours and went "above and beyond " making sure we were happy. A great experience overall!

Our move went without a hitch. It started with our support and consulting team, they were helpful and reaauring. The packers and loaders showed up on time, worked hard and got the job done. The driver was able to adjust his schedule to meet our needs so that we could take delivery. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Great experience!!
