Came in to look at a ps5 and Miguel was helpful and patient. He let us test the console prior to possibly buying the system , when I feel like most others wouldn’t have done that for us in most retail settings.
Ultimately I went to GameStop for the warranties since Best Buy does not offer warranty on used/open box items.
But I wanted to give the compliments for Miguel

Best Buy Outlet is a mixed bag, so I'm giving it 3 stars. Some of the items here aren’t in the best condition and aren’t really the great deals you’d expect. A lot of the products are pretty messed up, and the place itself feels like a sad, empty location. That said, there are still some decent deals to be found, and the customer service is good. It’s worth checking out if you’re willing to sift through the selection, but manage your expectations

Astrid the store manager is very patient and knowledgeable, along with Kayla and Danny they took me through a seamless process of exchanging a faulty washer.

Be very careful buying products at this store. They give you wrong information and dont holt to their word when something goes wrong. I recomend never purchase anything there. But if you decide to do so, double/triple check everything and get written documents.

Bought a toaster, burned out 3 weeks after purchase, bestbuy won't accept it back because I don't pay for their yearly membership.
