I ordered this product using 5$ reward certificate. I returned it to store. I asked for refund to customer service but they told to contact store when I went to store they told to contact customer service I took me 30 minutes to realiaze that both of them are not going to help me. Worst experience with best buy. The customer service agent in the store and their manager are so rude. Ill never visit bestbuy again.

How u gonna buy a washer and dryer then tell me its gonna take a week for delivery. Then call me To tell me that the dryer was already sold to someone else, after i paid for it? I go in and get refund for dryer. Then i wait a week for my washer. Washer never shows up, even though i get emails saying washer was close to my house. Then get a call saying my washer would have to be rescheduled for delivery after waiting at home for 10 hours. Called customer service and was told my washer was never on truck for delivery. The washer was still at best buy outlet off midway. Went back to outlet and astrid the manager says washer is not there, its somewhere in limbo for delivery. What??? Something funny is going on and they need to be investigated. I will never ever buy another product from Best Buy. Now i see why they going out of business.

The staff is indifferent. The store is disorganized and the prices of many locked products cannot be read. The officer is very reluctant when telling the price.

My first time at this location wasn't a good experience. I was picking up an order and the short girl with glasses at the pick up counter was rude and had an attitude. She appeared to not want to be there. Dont think I'll be returning.
