Ordered a $5,000 tv, Sonos speaker system for install and delivery. Coordinated with a at home Best Buy consultant and will NEVER buy from Best Buy again. Terrible communication, did not care to address my concerns, waited 6 days for a response after contacting them multiple times. My tv was delivered in the back of a pickup truck with no straps to secure it. Again, $5,000 tv. Missing a mount we ordered. And to top it off the installer could not install Best Buy's products. Best Buy will take your money and leave you high and dry

I walked in with both of my kids to buy a smart watch. I was greeted, and then another individual asked me what I was looking for and I stated “smart watches”. They point me in the direction that I need to go and I wait there for 10 to 15 minutes. Nobody comes around I walk around to find somebody nobody’s present or willing to help. Sad to see the level of service cause I could’ve bought something on the spot. And this is the reason why Amazon and these websites thrive over brick and mortar stores like this.

Pedro was very helpful in finding a monitor I was looking for. Pedro and the manager assisted me with price matching on the monitor,which saved me $10 on my purchase. Pedro also helped me find other supplies I needed.Overall, great customer service!!!I will definitely go back in the future.?

I asked for help and I literally waited 30 minutes for someone to help me just to get some headphones. I never ended up getting any help. I guess i’ll purchase from somewhere else. The guy at the front was helpful though.
