Cantoni will not answer a simple question about ethanol fireplaces without mining for my data. I shouldn't have to give out my private info in order to find out the size requirements for a specific room and what the byproduct of burning the fuel is. I wanted to keep my dollars in Texas, but I guess Wyoming retailer online will be our path forward.

I was looking for specifically red leather recliner & sofa in traditional look. Cantoni has only modern. They had some pretty art work on the wall and some wood furnishings. Other than that I won't be back.

This place is great…I placed an order for some outdoor furniture to be delivered to New York…they were professional, timely, well packaged and very communicative. The furniture is awesome, well made and really looks great in the backyard. Highly recommend and I’ll order again from them for sure!

Went to Cantoni of April 15 at around 5:25We walked in and towards the middle we can see the employees just gathering around a counter .No one said HI or came to offer assistanceWe walked out and they were still chitchatting with each otherWe took our business next doorNO COSTUMER SERVICE

Loving cocktail table! Pleased with selection and service at Cantoni. Brian Williams provided STELLAR service with online purchase and stayed in touch until delivery. I looked for a while for table without glass top and like the quality and design elements of this one. Cantoni delivers on modern design every time.

As a long term customer of for over 20 years, I will never spend another dollar at Cantoni.This business has the worst customer service in the furniture industry, not to mention High dollar store.I have spent thousands of dollars with Cantoni and after my experience today with the service department and the General Manager (Richard Banone) I am walking with my wallet and I hope everyone that reads this does the same.Never mind the number of items I have purchased over the past 20 years, and irregardless of the fact that I have a current order pending delivery from Italy.I had a friend drop off a black leather electric recliner that I purchased years ago. The chair is in like new condition, but the motor has gone out and the chair no longer reclines. It is a simple Motor replacement. I also never questioned anything about a warranty because I know the chair is no longer under warranty. I just wanted Cantoni to replace the motor and tell me how much I owed them.The service department told my friend they could not accept the chair because they no longer carried that manufacturers And therefore; could not get parts.After I got the call from my friends, I called Cantoni as my friends had the chair on a flat bed trailer as they headed to their lake house for the weekend.The woman I initially spoke with and whom I have actually purchased furniture from, told me the same thing she had told my friends. I said: “look, I don’t care that the part is not from the manufacturer of the chair. It is a simple motor replacement.”I got no where with her and asked her to transfer me to the general manager. This is when I had the misfortune of speaking to Mr. Babone (I guessed at the spelling?)He basically told me he agreed with me that this should be simple, but without approval from the owner he could not accept the chair.He told me he would reach out to the Owner and call me back.He did not call me, but I later was told he called my wife and when she called back, he was in a meeting. The same response I received each time I called.If the GM isn’t authorized to error in favor of the customer, this business truly does not understand the lifetime value of a customer and they have lost, this long term customer forever. I may not be able to change the manager or owners mind about service, but in this day and age of open communication, I certainly can share my experience with the world.I am also not your average customer, I am the former CEO of a very large publicly traded service related business. Yes, I am somewhat of a service expert and the owners of this business clearly are in the wrong business because standing by what you sell doesn’t mean or say “as long as we carry the manufacturer in the small print”Buyer be ware and stay away from Cantoni.

Still no resolution to this issue. Someone from Cantoni wants to send someone out to fix it. That was two weeks ago. What we paid handsomely for was an ottoman that was correct. What we got was something that has to be fixed/modified. Cantoni, can we get our money back???

We've made a few purchases from Cantoni, and have always been satisfied with the service, and especially the quality of their furniture. The showroom is inviting, and well-thought-out. I, especially, love the kitchen design area. Granted, the prices are on the higher end, but the quality is phenomenal (if you have to move, be sure you have VERY strong movers, because the furniture is HEAVY). You can also customize certain pieces, particularly sofas. Salesperson are always knowledgeable, friendly, and will spend as much (or as little) time as you would like--definitely not aggressive or pushy. We're not rich or wealthy, so shopping here can't be a regular event. But, when the budget allows, we will certainly purchase our furniture at Cantoni.

My lovely wife and I had a fantastic experience with Cantoni. We completely renovated and connected 2 apartments in a high rise in Uptown Dallas over 2 years. Cantoni designed and built the kitchen of our dreams with all Miele appliances and beautiful Italian cabinetry (throughout the flat). After extensive shopping our designer, Neal Stewart (who is excellent, talented, and a joy to work with), helped us pick all Cantoni furniture which matched the apartment perfectly. The designers at Cantoni were thoughtful, artistic, responsible, professional, and gave us the dream home we have always wanted. We can't thank them enough.

We have been buying furniture from Cantoni ever since they opened in 1984. We still have pieces from then that look new.
